The Venetian is one of the largest building in the world. The facilities within the Venetian are truly impressive and varied. On the flipside, there are a huge number of guests and visitors at the Venetian throughout the day and night, especially during the weekend or holiday period. This is not an issue but can be a little overwhelming if you do not like crowds.

We had a very good experience during our recent stay at the Venetian. The staff were all very friendly and helpful despite the large number of guests at the hotel. We are celebrating our wedding anniversary and the hotel definitely made the stay an exceptional one for us - decorations in the room as well as biscuits and cake delivered to the room at different times throughout the day.

I wanted to go to the gym but it was a marathon walk to try and find it's location and then we needed to enter a different building. So I ended up not going. I wish there were better instructions for the gym.

The room at the Venetian was wonderful. Plenty of room, clean and beautifully presented. The swimming pool was wonderful and my children loved it. I couldn't get my girls out of the pool as so much to see and do.

When i booked the hotel i did mention that we were celebrating both our 60th birthdays but when we checked in the hotel staff refused to give us anything for our birthdays as it was not on the day we arrived. So this was very disappointing for us as it was our special vacation.

Check in was quick but let down with the staff not doing anything for our 60th birthdays. We did pay for the buffet breakfast the first morning but was a bit pricey hence we didn't do the rest of the stay. The room was good but felt it was slightly to big and lacked character.

What an incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. We were pleasantly surprised to be granted early check-in—40 minutes ahead of schedule—on a bustling Saturday, setting the tone for a wonderful experience. I had mentioned in advance that we would be celebrating a birthday, and the staff went above and beyond by surprising us with a delightful chocolate and raspberry cheesecake. It was, without a doubt, the best hotel cake I’ve ever tasted! I also left my jumper in the room, and the staff kindly called to inform me they had it safely stored until my next visit to Macau next month. Our suite was simply stunning; we were placed on the 29th floor, offering breathtaking views of the Londoner—a lovely touch for me as an English guest—as well as the rest of the Venetian. The pools were a highlight as well—serene and beautiful, with four options to choose from. Whether you prefer heated or cold, there’s something for everyone. Overall, it was an amazing stay! Thank you so much, Venetian!

Should have some Coffee Shops with breakfast options. Missed this. Mc Cafe and Starbucks are not very appealing. Food Court has full fledged Lunches.

Very Efficient Check in process. Staff is highly motivated and helpful with the clients. On Check out it is the simplest and fast process. Express Check out and Baggage drop facility is a boon. Post collection of Baggage the Staff helped me take the bags right to the complimentary Shuttle Bus to the Macau Hongkong Terminal. The whole property is Smoke Free

There is a damp smell in the rooms and hallways. Limited toiletries in the swimming pool changing rooms Check in queues were disorganised.

Large rooms, good facilities and shops. Bus to transport you around. Immersive experience was excellent Swimming pool was lovely and warm, and the gym had decent facilities.
