Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. From booking to airport transfer, Venetian Macau did a good job. Booking - all email promptly reply. Check-in - smooth, fast and easy. Rooms - spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff - helpful and professional. Product knowledge is amazing, everyone knows everything about Venetian. 🌟Service 1 Winson did a great job at the front desk. Welcoming, polite, confident and meticulous. While checking my booking details in the system, he is still attentive to listen and response to my inquiry. Impressive multitasking and professionalism. Offer to walk us to the lift too. 🌟Service 2 All my requests during booking were met - high floor, near lift, birthday arrangement and late check-out. Got a 30th floor room near the lift facing Londoner. Room was decorated for birthday. A birthday cake was arranged on the actual day. Late check-out till 2 hours before I need to be at the airport. 🌟Service 3 Housekeeping kept room in tip-top condition throughout my stay. Amenities fully stocked.

Hong KongIn the room, we found a random pill and dirty tissue in one of the bathroom drawers. Also found pink powder around the bathtub. Was also disappointed that the “adults only” pool was closed the one full day we were there. Had to deal with a family at the pool shouting and spitting in and out of the pool which was disturbing. Unfortunately also, hallways smelled a bit smokey.
Great location. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the extra amenities such as robe and slippers. We had great service from staff, especially Joyce and Keith at the check in desk. Pool staff was also very nice.

United KingdomOnly drawback is staff at certain times as they do not understand language other than Mandarin or Cantonese and only talk in hand signals which is frustrating at times. Some of the staff is rude as well but location and experience wise, this is a must try.
The property is amazing, room is spacious, The highlight was bathroom. In room dining is delicious.
