Swimming pool is abit far if you’re staying in the north wing therefore either request south wing or be prepared to walk a lot.

Great location and free shuttle from Macau ferry terminal. Breakfast was until 1pm which helped us to have a morning lay in and there was so much to choose from. Rooms are amazing, clean and spacious. Lots of shops and located in between the Londoner and Parisian. Highly recommend.

The Casino is a problem for unChinese people it looks like only Chinese people are welcome to play and from other nations people the minimum prices at the black jack are impossible for "normal" people its much to much. thats i didn't like at all, and beside that i liked it all.

the west lobby and the lady in the check in desk did not know much and did not help us at all .

It is our fourth time in this hotel. It is huge and beautiful. The room was large with all the necessary amenities. The free shuttle bus brought us to the west lobby and the lady in the check in desk did not know much and did not help us at all . Luckly we decided to go to the main lobby where we met RAY CHEN-Head Concierge and he gave us extraordinary service. He is an asset to the staff of this hotel.

We loved everything, there was nothing we didn't like. I would mention the following only as comments: 1) Check-in was a bit slower than what we are used to (because of the queue it took around 20-30 minutes); 2) If we wanted to cross through the casino (just to get from point A to point B), we always had to have our passport with us.

We were completely amazed by the hotel! We experienced hospitality at maximum level in a luxurious environment. Since we were a party of 3, we were offered a free room change from Royale Deluxe Suite (with one double bed) to Bella Deluxe Suite (with two double beds). The suite was huge with an equally spacious bathroom, comfy beds and a great view from the 17th floor. Breakfast was like a dream. It would be an understatement to say that it had a wide variety. One could find anything he/she desired, be it English or Chinese breakfast, bakery products, fruits etc. We were not really fascinated by the casino in the middle, but the hotel facilities were excellent. I would definitely recommend to try the outside pool area and visit the Canals of Shoppes even just for a walk.

Breakfast inherently didn’t have vegan options apart from fruit, the only reason i got some was because i had emailed them in advance to provide something. Not sure how it will be for people who don’t specify beforehand.
