On Sunday 15/10/23 early morning the adjoining building started on building work that woke us up. The hotel staff could not do anything about it as it was outside their remit

The hotel is very nice, specially the location since it is very near from Paceville, and if you want to have some drinks you can walk your way back to the hotel. St Julians neighbourhood is a very good place to stay when visiting Malta, i would highly recommend it.

The check-in was a bit complicated, hotel distributed in two buildings, a lot of paper in my hand after that. Only shower-gel and shampoo provided in the bathroom, nothing else like shower cap, soap, etc.

The location was good, near a street full with bars, restaurants and shops. The room, also bathroom, were spacious.

the room was far below our expectations for a 4-star hotel. the bedding was outdated and so were the pillows. the furniture was not at all maintained and of poor quality

Check in was quick, room was basic, but very clean. Well located and quiet. Early morning taxi arrangement, made by the hotel worked very well. Would definitely use this hotel again.

There could have been a choice of milk.There was only full fat and I would have like skimmed . The "butter" was not butter ,it was a spread and not very tasty. Rest of breakfast choice was very good

The room didn't correspond to the pictures online at all (older furniture, not as modern), which was a bit disappointing. The shower was leaking, but otherwise all necessary amenities were there. The pool was good, however the bar was closed which again was a little disappointing.

The location was great! In the middle of St. Julians so close to many restaurants and bars, but still very quiet during the night in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very practical that the reception is open 24/7 since we locked ourselves out one night and could get a new key immediately! The access to the pool is easy and the view is great from the rooftop! The breakfast was good with a variety of options. Since we had to leave early in the morning, we could order a small breakfast box for our trip which was very nice!

Unfortunately, the hotel suffers from noise pollution. Its not the Hotels fault, but 2 nights and mornings our sleep was interrupted. Firstly by workmen on a Saturday morning early and then last night were a party went on till 5 in the morning in adjacent buildings.

The hotel has a modern room design, which I don't fully understand, as the bathroom doors are only sliding, which doesn't provide complete privacy. There's no place to hang towels in the shower, and apart from the floor, there's no place to put shampoo. However, I've noticed this design trend, which is stylish but not very practical, in several other hotels as well.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel's location is very pleasant, with restaurants, bars, shops, a promenade, and a beach. We liked it much more than neighboring towns. They changed our towels every day and cleaned the room, even though we didn't find it necessary during our multi-day stay. However, we couldn't find a 'do not disturb' sign for the door and forgot to mention it at the reception. There's construction going on next to the hotel, but we were mostly out and about when it started. This hotel is definitely a great value for the price.

The bed was uncomforfable and the pillow was way to big to sleep normally. The rooftop pool is very small, but there were always lots of people on the sunbeds - nobody in the water...

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was nice, helped us with parking (we reserved it through the hotel, as free parking spaces are lacking in the area). Breakfast was also good, various choices.

Nothing. Really good place for fair price.

+perfect location, really. 5min walk to the street with many discos, market on the corner. 2kin to the bus stop. +quiet location and this is a very big plus for them. After a hot day, you don't have to listen to a drunken crowd of people until morning. Big plus for Argento. +good breakfast. Even in whole week on the holidays you can find new combination for the breakfast. +of course clean rooms and bathrooms. +nice and friendly staff on the reception 24h/7days

Very small sink in the bathroom. Uncomfortable bed. Asked for double bed. It was 2 single beds and in the center was higher than the rest of the bed.

Construction around and in the building but surely this will finish soon. One of the plugs were hanging off near the mirror and the toilet door doesn’t shut all the way and if left slightly open then wheels all the way to open position! My room 603 was in front of elevator so can hear all the pings!

Close to conference location. Large rooms. Recently decorated. Friendly staff. Relatively quiet street. Staff really nice getting a kettle.

The furniture is pretty old, which didn't exactly match the pictures from the website. Also, during the night is pretty noisy because of the music from clubs and bars nearby.

I liked that the room was clean and the options for breakfast were diverse. Is located close to the city center of St. Julien which was another good thing.
