MaltaThe lights are too dim in both bedroom and bathroom . Impossible to put on make up after sundown! Not enough electricity sockets to charge our phones. The Wi-Fi was a bit weak. Parking facilities would be appreciated as it's anlready difficult to find in low season- it would be impossible to find parking in high season.

BelgiumOne thing I would have changed is the brightness of the bedside lamps. I would have preferred them to be softer glow rather than bright white. Just enough to be able to read before sleep. Another thing I would change is the ability to have the balcony lights on at night. I admit I did not look for a switch; once the lights went out at around 11.30pm I retreated inside. I admit, I did not look for a switch inside the room so I might have missed it.
We enjoyed the view from the hotel balcony. The fact that our bedding was changed even after one night was highly appreciated as we weren't expecting it. We also loved how quiet the mornings were outside the hotel. We would like to thank you for this great opportunity to have a holiday with our pet. We do not like to leave our pet behind with anyone so the fact that Hotel Calypso is a pet friendly hotel is amazing!! Our dog is a keen swimmer so the fact that the hotel is so close to many swim spots is an added bonus.

United KingdomThe fruit is not fresh and not displayed well. Your muffins doesn't look very inviting, therefore I just couldn't even try it. Your plates are old and scratched and turning brown. Please upgrade!!!! The backing of the curtains are torn and has been for quite a while. Your bathroom needs upgrading. Over all the hotel needs upgrading!!!!! Pictures to share Fire your take away breakfast "chef"....no imagination or sense of being innovative whatsoever!!!! Sandwich for my husband with no butter on bread, he fed the fish at the harbour before we left for the airport. I explained that I cannot eat bread and asked for pastries instead(surely there were a few leftover from the previous day?}......I got nothing to eat!!!!!!!! You have a 'take bread or nothing' attitude. We paid for that breakfast and what we got was shocking...to say the least. Sorry I did not take pictures to share.
Thank you for the refund for days we couldn't stay. Checking in after 23h00 was also not a problem, thank you for friendly staff!!!!! The breakfast spread is huge and the warm food is very tasty. Your pastries are very good. The size of the room is comfortable.

MaltaVery old and badly kept. Furniture needs an update, rooms need a serious check up as for example curtain was tore and kept together with safety pins (!!!!). Room smelt of mould and humidity. “Double” bed was made out of 2 single beds, not comfortable at all.

SloveniaWe came out of season (January). The hotel have no parking and it is in pedestrian only zone, so I think it is hard to find parking in season time ( parking on public parking).
Nice location. Good breakfast with many options. Clean. Great view from balcony. Easy check in/ out. It is pet friendly hotel. I saw dome dogs, all well behaved.
