United KingdomOn arrival the room was very warm, we were told to let air in by leaving to patio door open, hence we were woken by noise of building work across the bay. The lifts were very slow. The fitness centre was disappointing. The signs by the lift were not obvious as to which floor you were on, they were transparent on a white wall. The bathroom was a bit cramped, compared to the size of the room.
The location, the staff were all excellent, the breakfast buffet, the cleaning of our rooms was great.

United KingdomOne criticism was the AC wasn't cooling. It didn't affect us too much as the room was not too hot and we didn't contact the hotel staff, but I suspect the AC wasnt turned on at that time of the year.

The location was excellent. Great hub for someone who likes to explore. The bed was very comfortable. The views from the poolside of the hotel were stunning. I'd highly recommend paying the extra for this side of the hotel. Bar staff were so friendly.

LithuaniaThere are no air conditioners in the rooms. It's very very unecceptable and we would never choose this hotel in summer time cause it would be impossible to stay in the room (with sea view especially). You have to keep the courtains shut otherwise it's like sauna. It's really a big matter. We stayed in late February and even at that time it was too hot in the room. The second thing that you can't evaluate when you choose online that the bathroom is so tiny the doors can't open till the end cause the shower wall don't let them go through. So you have to enter the bathroom, close the door ant then you can enter the shower. It's a really strange solution. You can't pass by or you even can't fit two people in that room.
Received a sea view, so it was the best thing about the hotel.

Central location in St. Julians surrounded by restaurants and activity. Walking distance to Sliema and well connected by bus. Excellent value for money overall.

PolandWe didn't like the fake orange / pineapple juice available for breakfasts. It was hard not to notice that the rooms were far from sound-proof which made us feel uncomfortable hearing other guests of the hotel.
We really liked the location of the hotel, the sight from the window and the wide terrace with a swimming pool. We also enjoyed the big mirror placed in our spacious room.
