The position and the beautiful view from our room over the harbour

Air conditioning system was not quite working. Drains in the bathroom were clogging frequently. Controlling hot and cold water on the taps was challenging.

We were originally given room 707. As soon we entered the room we noticed the bad smell. A smell reminding you of someone sleeping in the room without opening the windows. We asked the cleaner that was on the floor to put air freshener for us and opened the balcony to let air in to make it somehow better. Than there was this noise coming from the roof which later we were told it was the pump. Michael from the reception changed the room for us. Considering I paid €186 for 1 night for 1 adult and 1 kid I expected a clean room and without having to deal with the noise of a water pump and changing rooms

The rooms are big, the location is perfect, and the hotel has beautiful views of the sea, SPA, and indoor and outdoor swimming pools.

Light in the room was very poor, some customers at breakfast very rude, probably some rooms are too cheap 😉

We stayed only one night, nice room woth small balcony, enough to drink tea sitting outside. Staff was kind and breakfast was massive! All very good. Night time was silent, that area is central and nice to get the bus easily or walk around. We couldn't use the pools cause we had no time but seemed clean and people seemed happy there. Nice location on the terrace for the outside one

Everything was good.

The staff was very good. They upgraded us to the sea view without any extra charges. Our room had an EU compatible socket which was very convenient. The location and the view from the balcony is incredible.

I asked for a double bed and we was given 2 singles. Not so ideal for a couple however it was still comfortable.

The property is located perfectly for anyone. The views from the room are breathtaking.

Friendly staff with nothing too much trouble to assist you. Great selection at breakfast time for all. Rooms were spacious and clean. Ample sun loungers around the pool.

We check out early around 4am there is no hot water for coffee or tea and we could do a bit of croissant and pastries.

Old, decayed infrastructure, traces of humidity on wall of the bedroom, supersmall sized bathroom, cheap furniture such as tables and chairs in restaurant, not worth a 4 stars hotel.

The air conditioner in the room did not work at +31c. 5 times I asked the reception for a repair or a new room. They once said that they could not fix it and that they would let me know about another room. Not once did they give me another room. They pretended to be crazy all the time
