Awesome stay, we were at a deluxe double room, it was bigger than we expected. The bed was super comfortable, it was clean and at a very good location. It's by the sea, it has a pool indoors and outside. Nice breakfast which you can eat outside by the sea and the pool. The staff was pleasant. Huge recommondation

Not much sound proofing between rooms Only water is from an overpriced vending machine on the ground floor, which only accepts coins. Luckily staff were helpful and helped us out when we first arrived, but felt very wasteful that we couldn’t refill water bottles with the water on offer at breakfast, or have the option to buy bigger bottles.

The overall vibe is a bit worn down, and the common areas (breakfast, reception, pool area etc) appear to be quite basic - sadly not as comfy as the pictures could indicate. We were there in low season, April, which could have impacted the overall impression. The beds were hard. The aircon was not functioning below 23 deg C, and that was explained as being a «default setting» because anything below would be too cold.

There was a sport team of girls staying in the hotel, they were really noise in their rooms and at the pool. It is a pity, that nobody from the staff asked them to respect other guests in the hotel.

Very friendly staff, great location: close to the center, at the seaside, no street noise. Breakfast was really good, varied and plenty. Nice pool.

1. Room. We booked the hotel for 5 nights 6 days . Deluxe Room with Sea View. We got room at the 6th floor which we were very happy about. However, upon entering/staying in the room - we were quite disappointed due to the following reasons: a) Beds were with basic mattresses. We could hear the sound of spring underneath and not so comfortable for such a 4 star hotel. b) Bathroom/Toilet was not spacious. Wash basin was the worst. With cracks and no space to put your toiletteries. Flush Button for toilet bowl was leaking. c) Mini fridge was totally faulty.Something we put overnight got spoiled. d) Worst part was that there was no lock on balcony door. Being with 2 kids on the 6th floor with no lock in the balcony door made us panic and we ended up blocking the door with our heavey suitcases at night so that kids do not go to balcony while we are sleeping. e) Size of the TV was hilariously small. f) Room with no noise cancellation. We asked for a room for a family of 4 and realized that they gave us a part of family room with a door in between. This made us hear the noise from another room entire night - especially the last two nights with infants crying for hours. 2. Bartender: Hotel offered happy hours between 6 and 8. Bartender (no name tag on his apron - man in his 30s with beard) was very rude to explain the the drinks being offered during those hours are only limited to the bar area and not to the room. Fine with the policy but his way of explaning the same made me leave the drinks and go back. 3. Despite of staying for 5 nights, when asked for an hour extension on the day of check-out (12 instead of 11) , as our flight was almsot 12 hours at night, and the kids want to use the indoor pool for an hour after breakfast, the guy in the reception denied and after discussing a while, he came to the pool and told us to leave by 11:30 AM. Not polite at all.

Location was perfect. Pools were nice. Breakfast was good - although the options for entire week were the same. Housekeeping ladies were very friendly.

I think bathroom towels need to be bigger and less tattered. Also a ladder is required for access into the sea. Fresh orange juice and coffee from the bars should be available for ordering at breakfast ( to breakfast staff and brought to the table and then put on the room bill ).

Excellent pool /sea facilities. Lovely terrace by the bar on the upstairs floor, abundant choice at breakfast. Very friendly staff. Pool towels should be available by the pool as often as possible queue at reception .

Air-con is centrally controlled & was set at 23 degrees C. You can’t control it independently! Don’t leave the patio door open as there’s a mosquito issue from April onwards. We were staying there at the same time as a teenage football team from Montenegro, when the girls came to the pool around 15:00 each day they were out of control with no/little supervision. A number of people complained to hotel Management but they didn’t seem at all interested in taking any actions. They left on Monday & the calm & tranquility returned.

Super location just a few minutes walk to the bars & restaurants. Pool & outdoor area well presented with sunshine all day long.

Broken floor tiles in bathroom= dangerous ( TBF the management moved rooms immediately) Beds in standard rooms are cheap and very uncomfortable. Lots of noise on lower floors. No air con in sea view room (although sold as Air con in description) they only turn it on when it's hotter but the room was facing the sun all day and remained very hot all night, supplied with a fan and windows kept open. Very dimly lit rooms
