Unfortunately unlike the photos I saw online the room we were given had view to the back of the building and a concrete wall was totally blocking the view even to the sky.

The room was clean, comfy except for a small buzz sound that was fixed by owner without having to complain about it! The neighborhood was very quite and near to bus stations (1-2 mins walking).

Occasionally, we could hear other guests in neighboring rooms because of the thin walls, but it was not disturbing at all. Overall, the accommodation has no flaws for its price.

A fantastic hotel with large, beautiful, and comfortable rooms. It is worth every euro of the accommodation price. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. Also, a self-check-in was very convenient.

- the bed mattress could be a bit longer, it has just 190 cm length which is not really enough for a 190 guy

- the room is clean and nice - the location is quiet but close to restaurants and a super market

A few points could be improved : the provided towels were not of best quality (some of them were a bit torn due to usure), soundproofing was not optimal, because a sole closed door separated our bedroom from the other and we could hear our neighbours (e.g. snoring). Also, during our stay, there were repair works in the hotel therecore we could not fully enjoy the rooftop terrace and it leads to periodic disturbance due to noise.

We had a very pleasant 7-day journey in Chapter 5 hotel in May 2023. The bedroom met our expectations and the staff is really helpful and kind if you need any assistance or indications for your trip. The location is ideal because a lot of bus stops are near to fully enjoy Malta (La Valetta, Sliema, northern beaches and bus 41 direct access to Cirkewwa for Comino & Gozo visits).

The sound of other people entering, or leaving their room on arrival, did tend to echo through the building, sometimes late at night. Maybe a runner down the hallway would muffle the sound. The neighbours made a lot of noise in the lane next to the building about 2 or 3 am. I don't know if that can be controlled.

The room was cleaned and bed made every day which I liked. The tea bags and milk containers were replaced every day which I appreciated. The ladies at reception helped me with directions and ordered a taxi for me when I asked. They gave me instructions on how to get around which was very helpful. The hotel was close enough to Valletta for me to walk which I prefer, but they gave me info on buses etc.

There was some mould in the corners in the room I was in, from the floor to about half way up the bed frame by the window.(301)

The apartment was so spacious and comfortable! Self-check in was very easy and we have had all the necessary information available. Very bright room, super clean and it has had a fully equipped kitchen. The balcony was very big and has had a great view of the area! We would really love to stay here again! Amazing experience! Our room was beautiful, modern and comfortable. Everyone was really friendly, helpful, kind and customer oriented. There are vending machines inside the building so you can get coffee and snacks 24/7. Nice area with cafeterias and a supermarket just a few meters away from the hotel. Great value for money!

I cannot even think of anything we didn't like about this hotel during our stay.

Great location and lovely room which was cleaned every day to perfection. Best part were the amazing staff, especially the lady on reception who we saw most of, very polite and extremely helpful in explaining everything when we first got there, especially with regards to how to get to different places across the whole of Malta. We booked knowing it didn't serve breakfast and the receptionist pointed us towards a lovely café just around the corner called "Busy Bee" where we had breakfast every day.

The only inconvinience is that there are no lightproof curtains, so the room is enlightened at night. The big bed is two beds put together.
