    I tried contacting them personally but they are not replying. From the get go, the apartment was a bit of a disaster. There was no instructions on how to use the air con so we were without air-con for 3 days. The wardrobe doors were broken so we couldn’t use them all holiday. There was fruit teabags left in the kettle which wasn’t cleaned out and we had to clean. Faulty plug sockets, TV switched on but there was no channels or anything on the TV so couldn’t be used. There was no fuse in the iron, which we had to replace, then when we went to use the iron, it had obviously burnt something on its last use as left black marks allover the linen suit jacket I tried to iron. I have pictures of all the above. The biggest problem was the pool access. Our booking clearly states and is titled ‘with pool access’ which therefore insinuates we have access to the pool. However when we got there we were informed we had to pay €10 per person on a weekday and €20 on a weekend. The pool is accessible to everyone, including Maltese locals so you’ve falsely advertised that we would get pool access. When I raised this via messaging in booking.com, I got a very unprofessional response which was ‘For the pool, apologies though on the listing it was not mentioned that it's for free :( ‘ We spoke to another couple who had also been told they had pool access when in reality they didn’t. When they complained you paid for the pool access for the whole week due to your false advertisement. I’m very annoyed at the different treatment we’ve received. The reason we picked this apartment is due to having pool access and having young kids 1 and under.
