The receptionist said there's an ironing room on the second floor when we called reception to ask for an iron & ironing board, than after looking for went to reception to ask where is it exactly, they still stated there is one, and we should look better on the2nd floor..than we checked again, than a helpful cleaning(?) Staff member told us there's no ironing room,but she brought an iron and a board to our room in 10 minutes.So Great service for the cleaning lady but poor communication from reception staff. We didn't get any bathrobes-which might be the norm for 1 night stay, however as we used the spa and the massage service at the myoka spa, it would have been nice to have bathrobes provided.

The restaurant was too small for the hotel

The hotel is just central perfect location, we get to spend a Christmas there with my Son they have lots of international restaurants locally, especially guests with children will enjoy this hotel the most, they have kid's clubs of all age I get to attend Yoga classes and a very clean well maintain indoor pool,.. the staffs were extremely nice and very helpful. The Aquarium was just a walking distance and spacious place for lunch after a tour... however the dinning area was a bit disappointing as it gets smaller when they've more guests during the Christmas holidays dinner were fully booked we had to dine outside due to the shortage.. that was my only disappointment...

We really loved our 3 nights stay in Dolmen hotel. We got the room upgrade (room with the side view of the sea even though we haven't payed for it). The bus station to all destinations on the island is just behind the hotel, about 3 minutes walk from the front desk. Everything, from staff (which was always very nice and helpful), delicious food, very clean, spacious room and balcony, spa, fitness, cleanlines of the pools and surroundings and location was absolutely perfect. It really is a five star hotel among the four star hotels. The staff was helpful above the expectations, whatever we asked for they helped us immediatelly or said they'll find the solution and they did. For example, we were asking for vegan cake and they got it, even though it was not on the menu... and other things. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with several varieties for vegetarians and also vegans. We had to check out the last day very early to catch our flight and we couldn't wait for the breakfast, but the receptionist provided us the early breakfast anyway. So, we were really loved the whole concept of the hotel, they want to make sure that the guest always gets what he asks for. We will surely return to Dolmen hotel, when we return to Malta, because this hotel is everything and more what you can expect from 4-star hotel.

We stayed for one night at the Hotel. From checking in to checkout the service was impeccable. Very clean and great sized rooms. The spa was amazing and very clean. Good variety for breakfast and lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was average, not very tasty, but there were a lot of choices, so it was fine. Dinner was not very good either. TV in the room is small, but works ok. No sandy beaches around, but that’s Saint Paul’s.

Stayed during winter in a seaview room. Large hotel with a great view, especially the seaview rooms. Beds and rooms overall were comfy, shower water is hot and good pressure. All was clean and staff respected the signs on the door (if you want or don’t want them to clean your room). A lot of space to spend time, walk around and relax. Pleasantly decorated. There were even some shops inside with nice jewellery. Bar was nice with live music and live world cup matches. Pools were very nice (the indoor ones are heated) and they have aqua gym almost every day, which is amazing. Spa is also good and has an indoor pool that you can anjoy for 1hour every day, woth reservation. If you get a paid treatment, you can stay 2 hours at the pool. There are some other animations related to sports and kids as well and they are available in winter too, so it is a great hotel to stay even when weather is bad. 3 reataurants on the property, although the main one where breakfast is served is not the best, but still fine and there is a nice atmosphere everywhere.
