The private beach was very nice since the public beaches are often overcrowded. You can choose between three great pools (plus one children pool). Fitness and Spa area were nice too.

We arrived to the venue slight ahead of check-in and requested a slightly earlier check in. we were advised this was not possible as the hotel was busywe were checked in a d allowed to go have walk around the property and have lunch in the cafe, before coming backcollect the room kets, which the room was still not ready, and were checking in properly at 2pm. the checkin staff did not explain where anything was in the hotel or show us around and the our luggage was stored in the luggage room and there was no assistance to take the luggage to our room, i had to collect and take this up myself. We were only able to exchange beach towels at 2 locations either in the spa or the large indoor pool. The buffet is not catered for Halal, and only the chicken was Halal, After speaking to the manager Darren, who organised hHalal meat and went personally himself to ourchase this to include in our all i clusive stay at the resort. We preferred eating in the Delos Cafe, were we were taken care of by the manager of the Delos Omar, who provided excellent service throughout our stay and welcomed us into the cafe both at lunch and dinner.

The superior twin room, was large spacious and had its own balcony. the resort ihas its own complex closed away from the publuc and has 6 swimming pools and underground pssage to the sea pools and terrace. The Spa was excellent - offering various treatments and massages and offer options of both male and female masseuses.

The room was amazing but unfortunately above the beds on the wall looked like a big bug was killed so there is a huge red splatted stain so that really put me off. The room came with a second room attached for 2 extra people with an en-suite bathroom, which was gorgeous however due to lack of ventilation smelt just a little mouldy. On one of the nights there was only enough warm water for one person to have a shower which unfortunately left me without showering that night with warm water despite me checking for up to several hours later if the warm water had returned. However it didn’t take away what a beautiful room it is. The cleaning staff tend to keep checking to see when you are checking out way before check out time leaving us feeling a bit rushed. We also took a taxi to Grottos cave and the taxi man was quite aggressive in his manner and although we booked a taxi to the cave via the taxi booth we asked the driver how much it will cost on the way back, he was almost bullying us into taking the ride back with him because after the boat ride their is not much to see and was saying that he knows Malta and to trust him. Although he was correct he was just forceful in his manner and complained about the price of petrol on our journey to the excursion. He charged us €5 for waiting plus pocketed a further €30 for the journey back. Those were the only negatives I experienced on this beautiful island. Next time I go I will get around by bus.

The taxi from the airport to St Paul’s Bay cost us €40. The view from our sea view room was simply stunning and the breakfast was amazing, such a huge variety to select from. You could also sit at a table and take in the sea view as you ate your breakfast for a beautiful experience. The location is just a few minutes around the corner from the bus station where you could get buses to travel to all parts of the island. We took a 30 minute bus journey to the gorgeous Golden Bay Beach, it’s best to go before 12 if you don’t want a busy beach experience as it starts t get busy after that. The Blue Lagoon was the highlight of my stay. Our boat stopped off for 1 hour at the Crystal Lagoon for tourists to swim in the stunning Mediterranean Sea which was the highlight of my trip! We stayed in Valetta for 1 night and our hotel was beautiful as the view from our top floor room resembled the scene from Assassins Creed. Went to few restaurants and enjoyed a variety of wonderful meals. I loved Malta and am excited to return again.

No sunloungers on the huge balcony. Idiots putting towels out at 6am, should be banned. Breakfast was shocking, powdered scrambled egg, cold bacon, strange sausages, when perfectly good breakfast sausages are readily available on the island.

Poor cleaning: the glasses were not washed, the towels almost never changed, bedsheets were not changed once. One time the cleaners tried to wash off a vine stain from the bed cover (I think, in this case the cover should be changed) Surprisingly bad breakfast: there is a pretty good variety of food but it all tastes bad

The braekfast options were not all tasty but focused rather to serve the guests that used to come in hordes of hundreds every morning The too noisy outdoor piscina with the bar, where the loud and noisy British guests were tolerated without any suggestion The fact that no measures against covid were present whatsoever, so we both returned with covid

location beds & matresses were extreme comfortable bath amentities the outdoor piscina - not the one with the pool bar the sea view of the room's balcony The parking option right outside of the hotel entrance (4 euro/day) The spa facilities
