Average breakfast, nothing special and every day it is the same. If you like clubs, noisy and crowded streets this is the area that suits you. Otherwise change location, Malta offers different things too!

Nice hotel, clean and whit good sound-proof windows as it is just in the main and most chaotic street in Paceville. Nice and kind staff, too.

Another guest I met complained about the noise coming from the street at night but I had no problem the breakfast is very basic even more like myself being a vegetarian and not really value for money

The manager of the hotel is unpleasant at times, one morning he was rude to his workers while the guests were having breakfast. The towels were sometimes not clean enough.

top location in the heart of St. Julian's. Bus stop in front of the hotel, big supermarket 100m, bars and restaurants all around. Staff nice and helpful.

The noise from outside is very very disturbing in the summer, there are nonstop pubs near the hotel and hundreds of people on the street till morning; the breakfast was the same every day

The room was pretty clean and the view from the 9th floor brillant. The AC really eficient. Martin helped me a lot with tips for visiting the island.

A small inconvenience might be that the front door requires a code to enter. You can take a photo of it or memorize it for quick access.

The location is perfect, right in the middle of St Julians with quick access to various pubs, restaurants and Spinola Bay. The bus stop is just across the street with lines that takes you to all popular spots on the island. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly, especially Martin, which gave us great advice regarding places to go, where to eat, maps for points of interests and a great dose of happiness.

Hotel is an ideal base to explore the Island of Malta. Bus stop, food/drinks and pub(s) across the street. St George beach 5 min walking distance, though we preferred evening swimming on Exiles Bay (10 min with bus) after long day of sightseeings.

The staff is so nice, the room is really spacious and is so worth the price, bathroom perfect. And you can rent (with only a deposit) plug adapters, really convenient. Perfect location honestly. Breakfast is really good.

- Not much variety for breakfast, especially for sweet foods or fruits - The cleaning service was very superficial and the bathroom was absolutely far from be considered clean

The breakfast was the same each day and not very complete. Also, when something was done, for example the salad, they didn’t replaced it.

The location is very close to bus stations and connections to all parts of the island. The personal was very kind and helpful with suggestions regarding the vacation.

The location is really good, with bus stops just outside the hotel. Bars & restaurants are also nearby. The staff is excellent, friendly and really makes you feel like home. The owner is very friendly as well. Really enjoyed our stay, would totally recommend.

The breakfast could be more diverse.

Good location. Friendly staff. THe breakfast is a little bit unilateral, but it is delicious. On the last day we asked for a late check out, because we had our flight in the late afternoon. This was allowed without hesitation.

Air-condition was broken and apparently Hotel knew about it because they tried to explain us how to play with electricity to turn it on via WhatsApp late in the night. Also the area was super loud so it was hard to sleep with open window. Very poor breakfast with a drink that supposed to be a coffee.
