Bus stop right outside (good) but suspended for some routes including 82 (to Valletta) due to road construction. No fault of the apartment. At busy times often people standing around outside the entrance.

The apartment is large and fully equipped. Double balconies, the one at the back great for drying clothes. Plenty of places to eat or get coffee. McSims pie shop (beneath) and Starbucks (a couple of doors away) open early 7 days. Cherries takeaway and a vegan friendly coffee shop close by, very good. Three grocery stores within 5 minutes walk.

Everything is perfect for me. This apartment is near waterfront when you stand in balcony you can enjoy the scenery with sea.

Appartment is clean and new, there's a big balcony from where you can see the pretty bay. Very close to pretty bay, 1-2 minutes by walk. And the bus stop is just in front of the door. There are also some restaurants downstairs, very convenient. I can always get the answer very fast, which is very nice.

I really didn't like the access to the building. Having to use the lockbox entry key tied to a string to enter the building was a pain. I was travelling with my father who is short of sight and couldn't see the code. Especially as it got darker. Individual keys would have been preferable. The apartment above wasn't very sound proof. There were younger guests staying making noise until 2-3am. Could hear footsteps and chairs moving.

The apartment was lovely and clean. Greatful for the AC in both rooms and the balcony for drying clothes. All modern appliances throughout. We made regular use of the washing machine. A stones throw from the beach and close to restaurants and grocery stores. Had some issues with extra bedding and the patio door but these were quickly fixed by the agency.

The instructions for the key codes could be clearer. We hadn’t realised there were two key codes involved or how to open the first one. The noise of the ships engines from the freeport was annoying at night.

Modern, clean accommodation.  We felt great!  Everything is a few steps away: grocery store, bus stops, beach, restaurants.  The beach is sandy.  the view is magical!  We will definitely come again!

The property is well placed in Pretty bay. The only problem we had was the poor fitment of the headboard in the main bedroom, as it was poorly fitted & noisy. But simple maintenance could solve this problem.

Excellent location, clean apartment. local amenities are great. I have been visiting Malta for 50 yrs & my family owned an apartment in Birzzie, so have lots of friends in the area & Malta also, still nice to come back & a great apartment to come to, to do this. will definitely be back.

I had a wonderful stay. The place is well equipped with all necessary facilities. They seem to have thought of little details to make your stay comfortable. The place was very clean and the view was a big plus.

Shower in the bathroom was very weak , could do with a power shower .

The bed which has been reported numerous times over the past two years was very uncomfortable and noisy. Major roadwork’s directly outside the premises which woke us up up at 6.30am and continued right through till 6.30pm . You couldn’t sit on the balcony primarily due to the noise level and dust . The drilling caused the whole building to shake . It made our stay very uncomfortable and relaxing in the apartment was impossible. Work commenced in January 2025 and should have been made aware of this!!! If you are planning staying here I would recommend you book elsewhere as work is expected to continue for months outside the apartment!!!

There was to much noise at night. The cleanliness was not perfect.

The apartment is exactly like the photos. The kitchen had everything we need to cook our meals. There is a bus stop right in front of the apartment.

The bed was very noisy on every tiny movement waking me up about 30 times each night. I told this to the management but was told they never heard about it. Which is sad, as there are a few similar feedback already even on this site .. suggesting they don't really care... It was also surprising how the basic amenities were provided, regardless of how long a guest stay.

The apartment was really clean, and the a/c was good and quiet. The host (company) was responsive to any querries almost promptly, unfortunately not too efficient in sorting out problems.
