The farmhouse is nice but not clean at all and it needs same maintenance.

Some things in the kitchen didnt work but still managed to make a full meal and enjoyed our stay

The house is very nice. Was fairly clean. Kitchen utensils need abit updating and the tv screen was abit pixelated but we enjoyed the stay. We accidentally got locked out and the staff came right away to open up for us which was great since it was also a public holiday

Suggest that maybe some more cleaning supplies for the floor mostly. The pool was a bit small for 6 people.

The moment we entered the property it was stunning, clean and tidy. We all loved that we didn’t have to share a bathroom since it has 4 bathrooms so each room had one. The kitchen there was everything we needed as tools for the bbq aswell.

*no parking nearby *gas attachment was broken therefore the smell of gas was everywhere we advised the owner, handyman did not come

No credit in A/C metre as promised, Found A/C metre in dirty garage with bits of broken furniture behind the fridge eventually! House inadequately stocked considering it sleeps 8 people... Not enough mugs, 1 Wine glass, 1 tea towel,No condiments and filthy kitchen. Really poor quality utensils, broken toaster. No comfort with any seating pads for the chairs and sun beds. Old dirty sun beds/cushions,No pool towels, Parasols broken, outside lights pool/decking not working, plus swimming pool turned silver jewellery a tarnished black metal colour after it had been cleaned. Moving in to the sleeping areas the feeling of neglect carried on with broken shower heads in each bathroom. No coat hangers,. Bathrooms dirty, broken ironing board with dirty ironing board cover. Lamps that were broken in bedrooms. Major problem with Mosquitos/Ants particularly in kitchen. Lacking any feel of wanting to spend time on ground floor or the pool area.Complaints that were raised on the previous week on booking.com by your quests should have been resolved for our stay. All the above points need to be answered.

Property location was short walk to the main square and resturants in Xaghra. Contacted Zzzing guest experience team with list of complaints/items missing, they responded immediatly with some items on list... Wine glasses, Fixed Lamps, Clothes hangers, Tea Towel.

We were somewhat disappointed that the farmhouse did not quite match the photos we saw when booking. Unfortunately, we found that the shower doors and rails were broken. The farmhouse was full of mosquitoes and the kitchen was also full ants, which, combined with the fact that it wasn't cleaned well, made us uncomfortable cooking there and impacted our plans. We also found food between the cushions of the sofa, which was quite off-putting. While the pool itself was enjoyable, the BBQ was not in a usable condition, so we couldn't use it as planned. The outdoor area was not cleaned properly, including the deck chairs and other seating. We were also surprised to find that the air conditioning required coins to operate, especially since the listing advertised "AC + BBQ" without mentioning that there would be an extra cost for the AC. Lastly, the garage was quite dirty as-well and looked abounded. We hope these issues can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.

The process of collecting the keys was easy, and the location of the farmhouse was convenient. No issues with parking.

The location of the property was a quiet little town, but that unfortunately was the only good thing about my stay.please be aware of this property as there are alot of other properties for the same price or even cheaper

The villa looks amazing, it has the special Maltese style. It is very well equipped. The rooms are big, most of them have big terraces. There is also a pool. We went there as a group of friends and it was amazing. The contact team provided all the support we needed.

Only small maintenance needed (dishwasher not cleaning properly, shower head and holder needs change, need to clean under beds)

Great location, spacious house, well equipped and the pool is great fun with family and friends. I recommend to spend a couple of days and go around the island!

Major construction going on across the road from the property. Crane present daily. One bedroom is not air-conditioned hence useless. General cleanliness OK but not the kitchen and lack of decent cutlery and crockery. Curtains in sitting room torn and useless. AC units need cleaning. Serious lack of water pressure in bathrooms. Proper showering impossible. Broken outside furniture. Parking close by impossible due to construction site.

The space was more than adequate. Pool was good
