1 room is rented on each floor of the building. Unfortunately, not all guests clean the shared kitchen after themselves.

this is a very nice maltese style house in a good location. here you can see the life of the Maltese. close to transport and only a couple of stops to the beaches. the owner responds very quickly and solves all questions.

I liked everything about the property. It s very good if you want a peaceful place to stay and relax . The place was very comforting and well decorated, the kitchen had a lot of facilities the room and the pool were clean . There were games to play and we enjoyed that. Even though we never met the host the property gave me such a great vibe.

the room kept a bit cold despite the ac on heat during the night but could be because I was having some hayfever attacks which were messing me up. Also ensure that you don't leave any food item in the bedroom (despite closed well with a rubber band) because I had an ant attack during the night where I had to go and buy an insect repellent to stop it. When the same closed packet was kept in the location advised by the host in the kitchen there were no ants. Crazy ants! :D

The host was so easy to live with, the place was clean, very easy to check in and out. Instantly felt at home especially with the cute Guddu <3

The hosts are extremely welcoming and kind, I felt at home during my stay! The common rooms are very comfortable and clean. Also, all the rooms are decorated beautifully. The location is close to lots of beaches and attractions and so, this would be an optimal choice for your stay. The kitchen is very clean and well-equipped, also offering coffee, tea, and water. Highly recommended!

The building gets really cold, often it was colder inside than outside while I was there in March, so bring jumpers etc to sleep in! Because my room was on the ground floor, a couple of times I was kept awake by the host and their friends making a lot of noise right outside my door.

Gozo is a gorgeous place and staying here definitely enhanced my visit. The village doesn’t have much going on (especially in winter) but it’s so quaint and peaceful and located quite centrally for other lovely places to visit. I walked everywhere whilst I was there. The room is spacious and furnished really well. Loved the bed and the shower. Same with the kitchen I think you would find everything you need to cook.

The property is on the island of Gozo that should be in the description straightaway if you are not familiar with Malta it is not immediately obvious. It won't suit anyone wanting busy nightlife.

The rooms were charming and comfortable. Excellent facilities, good decor. Lovely place to stay and relax. It is ideal if you want to get away from it all.

We had a great time staying here. The villa is built and decorated in a wonderful and authentic style. The room was big, comfortable and clean. The shared spaces were also clean, well-equipped, and the use of the area was well coordinated with the other guests.

The pool is squeezed between walls, we only took nice pictures of it. It is good when the weather is bad and can't go to the beach. The toilet / WC has no door to the room, so you must go out on the terrace when important WC tasks are to carried out :)) Ants were eating the spices in the kitchen :)) We wish we met the owners but in this period it is normal that they take their holidays too. The town does not have sidewalks, you must negociate with cars, but drivers are ok, not speeding.

Clean, relaxing place, nice terrace (room 3, 2nd floor), typical limestone façade everywhere, nice design. 25 minutes walk from the best beach around - Ramla Beach. (Bus alternative - 15 min). Great shared kitchen facilities, available fridge. The town of Ix-Xaghra is nice, quiet, has great town center with terraces, bars, food.

There was no tv in the bedroom and it’s like a guesthouse. I didn’t felt comfortable to go in the kitchen to go and cook because there was always someone in there. And there was some guys running all over the “villa” with just shorts and I didn’t felt comfortable about that.
