There was only cold water in the shower, stuff suuuuper slow and sleepy, and can't give basic recommendations, there are towels for rent but definitely not enough for the amount of the people in the hostel

Me and my friend were put in separate rooms although we booked together. Also they had power problems and one shower didnt work. One day part of ceiling in the hallway fell and luckily it didnt hit anyone.

The staff was pleasant and the location is good. Its ok for the price.

The room had an AC that was not working. It was impossible to sleep at night. We mentioned that on the reception many times but it felt like they wouldn't take us seriously. They did give us an extra fan but it was just not enough. I understand that they can't repair it over night but I was here a whole week and I was expecting that they would have it repaired in few days. The bathrooms were okay but the shower was always dirty. They cleaned the floor and the toilet but somehow they never cleaned the shower.

The rooms was big enough and the volunteers were very nice and friendly.

Price was, also the locatipm was perfect because all the clubs are 50 meters far, but it is very very noisy during the night so it is better to take ear plugs.

sorry, the place is just horrible, much too noisy, bathrooms are a mess - really disgusting! sorry to say that, I know you try your best, the staff was really funny, but impossible to sleep and use the bathrooms. so, sorry, no recommendation at all!

Except for the location ,nothing was good . Hostel staff is too wierd and not cooperative at all . No proper wifi on the 1st and 2nd floor ,it was just available at the reception area . Its winter and there is no option for hot shower For cooking stoves were not working at all . For the whole people full of hostel there was only one stove which takes efforts to burn with no lighter available to burn the stove . .

I went there and paid for 7 days, but i checked out on the next day only. I asked for refund but it was denied. Resons # It's very dirty # Non hygienic # Non supportive staff # So many girls coming and going in any room # I seen many people drunk I felt unsafe and left the next day. This was my simple request for refund but it was clearly denied. Won't recommend basis my personal experience.

The hostel was not very clean. The kitchen was in a state and was very rundown. The common spaces, like the bathroom definitely had a well used look to them. One morning I even found a roach on site...

I liked that the location was nearby to the nightlife.

I arrived late in the evening, I checked in and when back from dinner I found out I was in an upper bunk bed which had the metallic bed net completely bent and broken in some points, with air conditioning 60cm above my head (super noisy but surprisingly cold), an extremely hard and thick pillow, and with the windows facing the very crowded street that couldn't be closed (outside people literally screamed for the entire night). I did not manage to sleep the entire night and got backache. I tried to contact the staff but there was only an emergency number to call at that point (I figured that they would have had disagreed on that being an emergency). Next morning I managed to get another bed in another room (I did not have to insist too much luckily, but I had to wait quite a bit) even though the hostel was completely full (so I guess someone else got the previous bed). New room had no windows facing the street, but I noticed that basically all beds (including mine) had bent or broken bed nets (not as bad as my previous one, but still). Air conditioning was not over me this time, but made super loud mechanical noises at random times. The locking boxes there were barely closing, with the plywood completely damaged by humidity. As far as I understood, there were 3 small bathrooms with showers for each floor of 18 beds. They were quite dirty as well, sometimes smelly even. Very few things worked also for other shared spaces, which seemed in a need of a deep renovation: keys of anyone I met did not open the outside door, so everyone knew the "emergency" access code; the kitchen was quite dirty and there were rotten vegetables in the "to share" section. Even the reception space was messy and had old computers stuff laying around. It really looked like owners didn't care much.

I was happy I managed to sleep 2 over 3 nights, given the situation. Some rooms did not look as bad as the one I was staying in from what I could see, but still.

Worst experience ever in a hostel, huge scam. We paid for services that we never got (Air conditioning was not working) and when we tried to get a solution, the manager responded in a defiant disrespectful and non-professional way. In our second night (out of 7) we saw no other option but to leave and found that there were way more decent hostels in the area for the same price. Just stay away from this hostel.
