Booked for my friends. Their feedbacks below: Amazing hotel! Great service, restaurant, bar. Hotel location 12/10. Haven't seen any hotel there located closer to the sea.

The room was great but had some issues with the electricity. They tried to fix it but when it did not work, they apologized and gave us a complimentary upgrade to a very nice suite.

Very good location of the hotel, though located in a quite area but just a few minutes away from all bars and restaurants in St Juliens area. Staff was very helpful, especially at the reception. Breakfast was really good with lots of options, nice service. Very clean hotel and the sea view from the balcony is amazing and very relaxing.

Nice hotel clean rooms, excellent breakfast and friendly staff I must compliment all the staff especially the front desk and security for handling an unforeseen situation after my wife fell and hurt herself, resulting in having to shorten stay and attend hospital. Thank you all .

The staff were very kind and helpful. They had always smile on their face when they talked to the guests The room was super clean and quiet. The facilities in the room was great I also really liked the options for breakfast. It was combination of continental and local breakfast. The location is in the best part of the city. 10 min walk to a main street with a lot of options for bars, clubs, restaurant and beach beach

I really enjoyed the room and the staff was really friendly and helpful. Considering that I came with a twisted ankle, the care I have got from the staff was really nice.

Room wasn't ready on arrival due to maintenance having been in after it had been cleaned. However Tricia the manager was wonderful and made up for this by giving us breakfast free of charge during our stay and added a personal touch by leaving a personal note in our room accompanied by a bottle of wine. She really handled the situation wonderfully.

The hotel at this time of year was ideal for a relaxing break. We had a lovely room overlooking the sea. The hotel itself is very well designed and is modern bright and airy. Fantastic breakfast and a very comfortable bed. It is situated on a promontory about twenty minutes walk from the centre of St Julians. The swimming pools are well laid out throughout the complex and there were plenty of sun loungers available. This was ideal as, unless you are looking for a built up area with lots of noise and neon lights stay away from the centre.

It is not the first time that I stayed at the hotel and it is always a positive experience. The restaurants are very good, the customer care is exceptional and they go out of their way to help out.

it’s a 5-star hotel in their location/facilities and pricing, but the level of service was more of a 4-star hotel. All staff were helpful and friendly, but pool waiters or housekeeping did not always understand your request due to their limited understanding of English. I also did not appreciate the seemingly random times the housekeeping came by. some mornings they knocked around 08:00 and other days you thought they forgotten you as they didn’t even appear until after 13:00. i understand they work based on availability but in a proper 5-star you should always have a rule to start cleaning stay-overs past certain times (for example from 10:00 onwards) Also During stay there was an incident at the pool between other guests, with one group being verbally aggressive towards the others. When we tried to de-escalate the situation and stand up for the guests that were being falsely accused of moving items. The aggressive party turned their verbal aggression to us and one of them even physically pushed me. 4-5 Staff members promptly arrived on the scene to avoid a further escalation, which probably saved me a beating 3 vs 1, but the manager in charge accused my party of starting the incident which was false. After he gained more evidence and realizing he was wrong he apologized personally. The abusers were reprimanded but no it had consequences for them. We hope the staff in question uses this feedback to improve their conflict management skills. Safe to say these 2 things left a sour taste of our stay.

The facilities of the hotel were great and the staff was super friendly. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area, within 10 mins walking from the popular city center or 2-5 mins with electric steps, via the Bolt app, made it easy to get around.

Food options are not great for lunch or dinner. Local restaurants offer much better food and service.

Very good hotel, very big, was fullly booked but didn't notice. Staff are very friendly. Rooms are great. Breakfast is superb, lots of options and no rush.

At the lido pool, the ladders are broken and to use the white slide there is no step or ladder to reach.

The hotel start to look a little bit outdated in the room floors and look that some renovation will be needed. The carpets had stains in the corridors. Water pressure at 6th floor was a little bit low but ok. A serious minus is the restaurants of the hotel. They are good but comparing to other hotel restaurants next to this hotel, they should investment more in this department. The hotel next to Radisson has 2 restaurants with referral in michelin guide. The food was good but not for a 5* hotel as is missing this extra luxury touch. Also is the last hotel in the row of 5* hotels so some extra walk to city center is needed or more bolt taxi rides.

Very helpful stuff in all sectors from reception, maintenance, cleaners and waiters. Nice sea view room. Spacious room with amazing tv channels since it shows all the european cable sports and you can enjoy football/formula1 etc in your room privacy just like home. Air condition was nice in all the common areas since it was really hot outside.
