United StatesThe heated pool was not very heated. The hot tub was not a hot tub, it was colder than the heated pool. The restaurants were expensive and I feel for what the room, it is overpriced.

GermanyWhen checking in, there was a water lake on the floor as fridge door was left open. After calling it in, it took more than an hour until someone come - without knocking, just popping into the room. The general look and feel is a hotel that had seen its best years, without appropriate refurbishing / renovation taking place. Housekeeping extremely loud, waking us up when rooms above us got cleaned.
Situated directly at the water, decent breakfast.

MaltaThis was not our first stay but am not sure we will be visiting again. I asked to see the room before paying. Christabell was kind enough to show us the room, however these were below 5 star standard. (Old furniture, smell of smoke etc) and were not on the upper floor as I had requested (there is a specific reason as to why I requested this).The manager was only interested in making a point that they were not obliged to adhere to my request rather than trying to understand my concern. I had to give out personal reasons why the room neded to be on upper floor.Marika was excellent and took our issue seriously and assisted us get a room that was to our liking and to the required standard. Indoor pool was cold compared to other spas. The hotel is in need of refurbishment and gives you a feeling that there is a cost cutting exercise. The view is the only exceptional thing the hotel has.....

RomaniaI paid for a room with balcony and I received a much smaller room without balcony. The bed sheets were dirty and little torn when I arrived in the room and I needed to ask for a replacement with cleaner ones. They had toiletries only for one person even if it was a double room with 2 persons. The second day they did not clean the room and did not replace the toiletries. The room was very old and looked like a 2-3 stars hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is a shame for Raddison Blu group.

United KingdomThis hotel is in bad need of some TLC. Towels with holes in them, oil leaks on doors from closing mechanisms, WiFi not fit for purpose, AC had to be fixed following our complaint, carpets in corridors can no longer be saved by just cleaning them... No lifeguard at the beach with sea access... The staff goes out of their way to help and fix things, but they can't always do it.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The view from the room (seaview) was excellent.

United KingdomVisiting during wedding season is a big downside. there was loud music till about 2 AM and fireworks etc which was then setting car alarms off. I understand this is unavoidable though so I get that but the rooms are not equipped to deal with loud noises outside. also, the hotel is a fair while away from restaurants etc.
The bath was very nice, the view was spectacular, and the pools were nice but salty. tv was awesome could connect your phone to it which is a major plus for us.

FinlandThe breakfast did not change at all between my 5 night stay. -the breakfast was minimalistic. For instance there was never porridge or anything from the ocean for exemple fish. If you like to have cheese on breakfast (probably related to other food services), then you have four different cheese to choose from. -5star hotel but no sparkling wine in the breakfast -every other day the bag containing works and knives had something weird going on: like wooden spoon, no spoon or fork, different size knife and fork. -shower by the indoor pool did not provide any warm water during the whole stay. -the only spot to go swim in the ocean is by the next door cortina hotel which has lovely pool are as well -Dissapointing breakfast. Also many items run out. (Exept the one that no one seems to want but are there just the fill the tables. -Hotel needs an update in floor materials on the isles. -Indoor jazucci should have warmer water in it than the rest of the indoor pool -I would rate this a 3 star hotel. It is far from 5 star experience or is it even as looking at the total score on Tripadvisor and booking.com -Sleeping quality was good (not much of a noise and good air condition). Other beds matress was not good -gym had sunbed towels as gymtowels -gym had very limited equipments
-Friendly staff -pool area is great -the only spot to go swim in the ocean is by the next door cortina hotel which has lovely pool are as well -The entry hall is glamourous and new -parking in the garage was available throughout our stay

United KingdomWe stayed during our wedding (not at the hotel) in one of the superior suites with a whirlpool. The day of the wedding, myself & my bridal party were getting ready in the room and ordered lunch for room service. After nearly 2 hours half of our food came cold, and half of it was missing. We contacted room service and an hour later this still wasn't resolved which was extremely disappointing, especially given it included afternoon tea trays (not like it needed cooking). Additionally, house keeping couldnt come in whilst we were getting ready so we asked them to come back after 5pm when we leave for the wedding ceremony. When me and my husband got back from our wedding, nobody had been, there was still food trays in the room and the bed hadnt even been made. Given the hotel knew it was our wedding night we really were expecting at least for the bed to be made and trolleys to be removed for when we got back and were disappointed to come back to that which was a downer. We chose Radisson Blu as we had stayed before and received great service but this stay fell very short of our expectations which is a shame considering it was a very special occasion.
Ronald was a very friendly guy and helped us with our luggage, had a nice chat with us and always had a smile on his face. Great asset to the hotel.

Kuwaitchecking in process took forever and I felt that Staff wanted to make it longer so that I get upset and pay extra money for an early check in. furniture and corridor’s carpets were extremely awful and old fashioned for that amount of money at least they should consider renewing their hotel furniture.
