The bathroom shower drain overflowed outside in the bathroom leaving a mess, we also had a buzzing sound in the room it's probably coming from the ventilator. During the night I could barely sleep because of the noise. The indoor pool was jam packed and not supervised. Impossible to use because of the children jumping and simply to many people. The parking barrier was open, therefore anyone could park general public included. I had two children of which one has a disability so parking close by is very important. Unfortunately there was nowhere to park so again this was another challenge. Overall it was ok but can't tell it was ideal or worth the money I paid for this time. I will simply rate so and so rather than 1 star for the simple fact that iv been there so many times and this was the first time that I'm disappointed

The spa was super crowded with kids and noisy, we had to leave after 15mins. Super clean room! But the fact that you have to wet your hair when you take shower because the shower head is fixed it’s uncomfortable especially for a woman. Last and not least!! The mattress was over used ! Since the mattress was super saggy!

The hotel becomes obsolete and does not match 5* anymore. Premises and facilities are quite old. 2nd sofa-bed for kids was not suitable for sleep as very uncomfortable. The hotel needs modernization/refurbishment.

the rooms are a bit outdated. our fridge was switched off, heating system made a lot of noise, the bathroom is old and we did not have both shower and a bath as indicated in the description of a superior room. Moreover, facilities were constantly occupied especially the sauna, steam room, and indoor pool - we tried going 3 times and it was always filled with a lot of children diving, screaming and splashing. Perhaps the indoor facilities are a bit small/limited considering the size of the hotel.

Right next to the location is a place where people can camp out. For 4 nights they were partying with very loud music and karaoke until 23 (one night until 24). Although I complained multiple times to the hotel staff nothing was done.

The hotel is quite old and many things need to be redesigned/remodelled/renovated. The shower in the room is horribly uncomfortable and inconvenient. It kept switching off and you also can’t hold it in your hand. You have to wet your hair or wear that horrible plastic hat all the time:( The staff aren’t always smiley and friendly. Some people are, but some restaurant workers are tired of working there, it seems. We had a problem with the lock in our room and couldn’t get inside for an hour and half, we had to wait in the corridor, wasting our time. My boyfriend was late for something important because of this. However the staff didn’t offer or do anything to apologise. Just said “sorry”

Furniture is quite old and the room is not 5-star hotel material. Very outdated. Fitness centre is not well-equipped. It said that there would be a microwave in the room but there wasn’t. AC wasn’t working and during the night it was quite warm because of the very thick blanket. The first sleep was a mess because of the super uncomfortable mattress (which was then dealt with as soon as we complained about it). However, I expected much more from this hotel, not worth the money.

Staff were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was really good with a variety of choices.

The hotel has pure 4 stars, but not 5. The staff was not always helpful, e.g. when we arrived in the midnight there was noone to help us with the luggage, we did not get any details on the hotel premises, etc. Therefore, we were not aware of the spa and other hotel services, and noticed about all those options quite late, before our departure. There is a lot of space in the hotel, like lobbies, corridors, etc. but it looks half closed and empty. There is a lot of staff in the hotel which is not effective as could be.

Location is great! One of the best beaches in Malta is just in front of the hotel. We booked the hotel especially due to this beach and did not regret on our choice. One minus of the location is a camping close to the hotel, and, if your room does not have a seaview, then you will have quite noisy neighbours from the camp. The breakfasts were good with a vast variety of food.

They gave the room I had booked to someone more important as it was a holiday weekend. I had booked the room almost 12 months in advance. They offered an alternative lower grade room initially & free dinner. It's not how I expected to be treated in a 5* Radisson Blu and a regular customer. It certainly doesn't make you feel like a valued customer. I had no choice but to put up with it and make the best of a bad situation as they didn't tell me until I checked in and had already flown to Malta.

The hotel has a great location and great views from the terrace and the pool. The room was very big. The staff is friendly. However, the room, the furniture and kitchen looks very old. Everything inside the room is at least 20 years old.

For the breakfast you need to wait in the line until staff lead to the table, annoying. You need to wait until they found you in the pages of room numbers, some stuff was to old and slow, for that kind of work. Rooms and hotel need to be renovate ASAP. Everything are so old, mattress so soft, my back was always in pain the morning. Pillows also to soft. All appliances old. Bathrooms also so old, white silicone already covered in black spots. Our toilet do not work properly, I asked to fixed but not helped. Towers for the beach old and smelling. Lookers inside for swimming pool, old, some not working. Sunbeds old, dirty. Do not have changing room in the beach.

Breakfast was good, big choices off different food. Food was good quality. Food quality was very good in the restaurants, portions a big. Rooms are spacious, nice view from balcony. Stuff friendly. Very good beach. Very good swimming's pools outside, a lot of space, always can find empty sun bed. They have only adults swimming pool. Sauna nice and inside heated swimming pool. A lot of place outside, so you do not feel to much crowded.

The terrace furniture is in a bad condition and needs replacement. The umbrellas are broken, dirty, and worn down. There was smaller but visible damage everywhere in the Suite and this can be fixed with small effort.

Great location and service. Very friendly staff. The room was nice and clean. Good value for money. The food choices are great and very tasty.

The quality of the food at the ‘flavours’ buffet could have been much better (during lunches and especially dinners) Nothing out of the ordinary. The food is very mediocre. Certainly not up to 5 star expectations. Especially as my main experience was a sunday dinner. And I was absolutely astonished at the lack of quality of the food. There was so much potential, but it was dry, bland, overcooked, chewy and flavourless. Definitely not a 5 star experience. Never went there for dinners again during my stay.

The breakfast was decently good with good quality of food and a satisfying variety of items of choice from the buffet. The pools are large and clean and facilities were great as well.
