Please bear in mind these are really TINY things: - The kitchen could have been better supplied. Most people will be hiring this venue for a longer stay so having some cooking basics and better utensils/cooking equipment would have made it 10/10 - The communal hallway / stairway / entrance is a little tired looking. It lets the whole building down. Also there is one single lift between all 40+ apartments so expect a wait if you're going to the top floor. - The location is great as it's about a kilometer away from the main St Pauls location. So access to shops is limited. - Finally... and this is a problem with all of Malta... the nearby drilling / construction. But as I said this happens across ALL of Malta!

My partner and I were very happy for our 3 nights at Seaviews. The room / living area was great to spread out in. It allowed us to cook two great evening meals (to keep costs down) and we thoroughly enjoyed the balcony in the evening. The bed was firm but very comfy and we loved having the option of just a sheet over us to keep cool whilst sleeping. The kitchen had all the basics you might need for a brief stay over and the shower was good too. We were doing so much the TV didn't go on ONCE!

The air conditioner is quite old, when it is turned on, it keeps dripping with condensate. The shower door does not close tightly. Check out time is very early, in other places you usually need to check out at 11 o'clock.

The shower didn't have any water barrier and I had to wash on my knees to avoid creating an artificial lake .

The room is situated in a block on the main road running north and south to the Gozo ferry and it is very very noisy. Shutting the windows didn't do much to reduce the traffic noise which continued all night. A further distraction was the car park a few hynded yards from the property with a kiosk (Pit-Stop) catering for passing traffic and bikers. These roared in and out for hours on the night we arrived. Sound insulation was generally poor. We had a noisy neighbour in the next door room who had his TV blarng until gone 1 am. The local area was a bit forsaken and shut down in October.

The facilities specification of the room were first class. The bathroom and shower in particular and a free laundry room in the building. Bed linen, towels, kitchen essentials all first-class. Comfy bed, good wi-fi. Balcony overlooking bay (and noisy main road).

The apartament is near to very busy road. You can't enjoy the balcony view even the view is realy nice.. Sleeping is possible only with closed windows and air-conditioning on..

Being locked out the room for hours waiting for someone to unlock the door. As the keypad wouldn’t work with the door lock - we lost valuable time as it was just a short stay

Too much noise from the traffic of the nearby main street but this is a part of the location. The humidy has done little damages on the rooms' walls. There could be a vacuum cleaner because the floor gets little bit dirty from the cars dust.

No lock on the inside of the door and our door was found slightly opened in the morning which was of a lot of concern since we didn’t share our private entry code with anybody. We assumed maybe the cleaner thought the room was empty and then didn’t close it behind them properly but it was quite concerning that someone had opened the door to our room while we were there and sleeping.

The location was nice The studio was very clean I generally liked the place but it lacks a little attention to detail.

However, working in HORECA I have my strong opinion that check-out at 10:00 and check-in at 15:00 is an exaggeration. The cleaning time for an apartment like this is 45 minutes. So, after asking for at least 30 minutes more for the check out and explaining that we are a group of 4 and the flight is late in the night, I received a straight NO, not possible. 30 minutes in 5 hours from check out to check in ?!. Not good. Other unpleasant aspect is the lack of adapters. Not even one. And if you are sensible to the street noises, also chose wisely, cause you will hear cars passing all night long.

We asked a couple of questions to the managers and they didn't come back to us which was pretty annoying.

Really comfortable and beautiful views from this apartment. A nice location with local shop and bus routes to everywhere in Malta 10 euros in a cab to st Paul's Bay main restaurants or a short bus ride.

The bed slides across the tile floor a bit too easily—had to move it a couple of times during the night for a comfortable sleep with my partner.

Stunning location right on St. Paul's Bay, away from the tourist crowds of Valletta, made for spectacular sunrises and calm evening walks. The room was spacious and clean, and the balcony was a nice place to relax with a glass of wine after a full day of exploring. A couple of great restaurants just across the harbor.

On Friday night was a bit noisy downstairs cuz it's a restaurant with live band music but Saturday wasn't somehow.

1. The Studio is bigger than I thought with the price during summer in Malta is nearly impossible. 2. The kitchenette is quite modern and I didn’t expect they have full set of the kitchenware, coffee cups, wine glasses, water glasses and so on. Even have an oven. (No microwave) 3. The bed and pillows are super comfy!!!! We had wonderful sleeping quality each night. 4. Bright room and big screen of smart TV. 5. Easy check-in with the pin code. (main entrance and the room) 6. Walking distance to the beach. Bus stop right at the downstairs

You should write to your booking that there are only two EU adapters. Tourists can then buy them from home country or airport.

We liked that one of the bedrooms had their own bathroom. Also air conditioning was essential. Over all place was very beautiful and view excellent.

Fridge was not cold. Freezer not provided - needed to make ice to cope with the 39 degree heat. Noise from road (traffic) audible in room. Too pricey given amenities and lack of service staff.

Excellent location. The sea was across the road. Local convenience stores, bus stops and restaurants were within a 5-minute walk.
