There must be more towels.We stayed 4days and we used the same towels. There is no special view or balcony but we were out and about all day so this wasn't a problem .

Good location with restaurants,a super market and a mall near by. Ferries to valletta and bus stops are 50meters away. Very quiet neighborhood.The road is pedestrian road. The room was clean and spacious. The sockets are not European type but there is a shop nearby selling adapters. Overall is a nice room in good location.

We had reserved 4 rooms and one of them was not ready - was not cleaned, no new sheets or towels, etc. upon arrival and till late in the evening. The staff reacted quickly and gave us another room for the night. But still it was unpleasant situation. And in addition I think the rooms should be cleaned at least every 2 or 3 days. We stayed for 5 days and there was not cleaning, towels were not changed too.

The location is perfect! It is close to really nice restaurants, to the bus and ferry stations as well. The promenade is there for nice walk, too.

Would of been nice to have access to perhaps freshen bed sheets. Stayed 7 nights. Also would of been good to have access to putting accumulated rubbish somewhere. For 7 nights you would manage but after days of hiking in heat, a fresh bed at night would be great!

I did not see any personnel for the whole stay. I didn't mind it but if you're looking for a traditional hotel with a reception etc. you might be disappointed.

The room was very spacious, with a bathroom and a small kitchen. The location was perfect, really close to the ferry, and within walking distance to supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants.

The location was excellent for ferries, public buses and supermarkets. Lots and lots of eateries to choose from. The room was tastefully decorated with a nice large bed.

One of the AC seem to not work at full power but still did the job. It would be nice to have some slippers as floor in the apartment is pretty cold. But not an issue to buy one. (Or maybe let the visitors know they might need one before they come.) Tea kettle didn't work (or I didn't find a way how to make it work) Paula tried to help but that's much as one can do remotely. No luck. Which wasn't a big issue as I could use stove to boil water for tea. Would be nice to have some kind of a rack for clothes to dry as there are no place where to put it in the apartment. I could suggest to put a "guide" in the apartment on how and when to utilize garbage as there is specific days for each type of the garbage in which it should be brought down to the street for garbage truck to pick it up. Not an issue but info to keep in mind. I was staying in a family room, it was technically 2nd floor. The entrance door to the building closes super loudly. So if you have a light sleep you might get bothered. Elevator also makes alot of noise especially if used in the night. Was not a problem for me as I had earplugs to help with noises.

Nice, comfy apartment in the heart of Sliema. Big rooms. Big bathroom. Everything you might need for a short or a long stay is there. Paula was super helpful and responsive. Made sure I had everything I need and everything is going well. I couldn't find a way to turn on the AC, got help from Paula to figure it out. All appliances are there, utinsels, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine and oven. Even though I was told there will be no adapters in the apartment on arrival I found few in the room. Was pleasantly suprised. Apartment had complimentary coffee and tea. Comfy and big bed. Apartment had big wardrobe, dresser and separate wardrobe room on the way to the bathroom. Many hangers and even extra blanket. There is laundry room in the baseman. Tho I haven't used it. Many cafes and reastourants around. Ferry to Valletta just few minutes away. Event tho it's in the center of the city it was quiet. Self check-in was easy and convenient.

Very nice apartment hotel in a lively and practical neighborhood for exploring Malta. Apartment has everything needed for a short stay, it is very clean and all the communication for self check in / check out went seamlessly. The bed was very comfortable!
