RomaniaRegarding the room: you could hear every single noise from the street and we could barely get some good rest during the weekend. Also, it's kinda wet and we kept a window open when we were inside to freshen things up, but it was not enough. Regarding the facilities/support/customer care: you get a kitchenette with some useful tools like glasses, cutlery, and some bowls, but you get no sponge or soap to clean them up. I asked for some fresh towels after 3 nights (out of 6) and they said it's a self catering facility and that I can wash them up on the 1st floor. Most of my accommodation were boutique hotels, apartments or other similar rooms but I almost always I got fresh daily fresh towels, room cleaning and others. The towels were quite awkward and not meant for more than 2 days of using without washing

EstoniaThe room itself was very humid. Linen and towels did not seem fresh and had specific smell. Also during our stay no cleaning or changing the towels whatsoever. We arrived on Thursday - our TV did not work. Sent e-mail was not responded and finally when we managed to reach them on phone then it was Sunday and TV was replaced on Monday evening after reminding. In addition even though we were on 11th floor there was constant sound of water flow like someone was using shower or toilet all the time. Also a power failure - luckily just for a short period. On top of that stairs leading to main door were dirty and slippery so our last night when we went out for dinner one of us slipped and hurt the back and scratched the arm.

Francethe bed is not comfortable, the linens are really low quality and the water pressure of the shower is really weak. also there’s a lot of mosquitoes on the first night we stayed. we’ve killed like 12 mosquitoes at 3am. we didn’t slept well. I won’t book this place again.

SpainThe strict check out at 15 and the zero chance of storing luggage was not the best start and because of that I am also going to be strict myself. Let me start by pointing that even when the room description mentions a king/queen bed, they are actually two individual beds. It works but it is not the same. Bad communication before my stay. I asked whether they had shower gel and they told me there was not. So I took some with me. It turned out there was, so I brought mine for nothing. Related, the gel dispenser was broken and we had to remove the lid. The room has a quite combinient dryer. What was not that handy was that it was rusty and some of my clothes got a "nice" rusty stain. A plate and a glass were dirty and the cutlery box was rusty.
Very good location, next to the ferry to Valletta and many restaurants and cafes. We asked for some extra towels and toilet paper and it was delivered the very same day.

Austriathe cleaning in the first day it’s late, when we arrive the room, it still dirty. Also, the host said before we can store our luggage in their office, but after that they just told us on last day morning that our luggage cannot be stored without any reason, it put us in an inconvenient situation on the last day.

United KingdomThe room had a very strong odor which just wouldn’t go away. The host is a bit stingy about toilet paper and there’s no paper towel in the kitchen. We were only given two rolls of toilet paper for 4 day stay, and when we told them we ran out on the third day, they told us to go buy some ourselves.

The hotel is in a good location, everything is close: the ferry, bus stop, beaches, supermarket. We got a room on the top floor and had a nice view on the sea.

Czech RepublicWe chose this accommodation because our flight was late at night and we needed self check-in. The code on the self check-in box didn't work, we didn't get into the apartment the first night and had to look for another hotel. Emergency call didn't work either. For the night we didn't sleep in the hotel, the hotel refunded us, but that should be a matter of course. As compensation, they offered us luggage storage on the last day and a transfer to the airport at a time that did not suit us. Considering that the first night in another hotel cost us 50 euros more than in the Sliema Creek hotel, we would welcome more compensation for the extra money and stress. The staff was not at all welcoming and we don't have a good feeling about them at all. They said that it is our fault that we arrived at night. But it is not our fault that self checkin box didn’t work and we expected that stuff will try to resolve the situation to our satisfaction. The hotel is nice at all, but in case there is a problem, we really do not recommend the hotel because off staff.
The property was cleen and at good location near ferry and beaches.

GermanyWe arrived with an early morning flight. Waited from 8:00 until 15:00 to check in to our room. When we tried to get in the room, there were other guests still in the room. Apparently they forgot that they had to check out that day. We called the service line and were told that we have to wait another 2 hours until the cleaner is done. No compensation or sign of good will was offered, all we got was a lazy apology "yeah sorry about that". After that any communication with the staff was also rather unpleasant. Unprofessional behavior and definitely no customer service background.
Good location, nice room with sea view. Clean and nice equipment. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom.

SerbiaThey don't clean rooms during stay. They don't taking garbage from room. They put new unwashed sheets and towels in use. Malta is not the best place for summer holiday because of bad beach, bad entrance in water, on many places Kanalisation go directly on the beach and than in the water close to land. A lot of meduza can also be a problem.

SerbiaHumidity in the room was unbearable and it was impossible to breathe without coughing. They did not provide us with clean towels (you need to wash it on your own in order to have them clean) or with toilet paper. We were not noticed that there was no cleaning service, but we got a broomstick :)
