We had booked better room with balcony. Got basement room, with stinky bathroom, with the view and noice of hotel ac's. Just entered the room saw lying tile, dirty curtains, smell. We are couple and came on special ocassion, needes to sleep on separate beds. Went to talk to reception about situation, she said that cnat do nothing, becouse they are very tigth, but on check in suggesting everyone uogrades and room changes. After, housekeeper, saw situation and we got changed to the noce room. Breakfast, like for 4star hotel could be better. When we changed room, found needle on the sofa, broken glass peace under bed, some old receives. Suggest, solve housekeeping issues. We even needed to buy shower slippers. No ropes, just towels in a room.

It felt like a dormitory and overcrowded due to the large number of guests, although the price-to-quality ratio of the accommodations was still high.

There is ongoing construction at around 8am that disturb me from sleeping and I can hear the loud music and some people were yelling from the bar in the middle of the night.

We upgraded room twin to superior (2209) so that room next to the construction 🏗️🚧 noise dirty front of the balcony gripper don't have chance relax. In a bathroom many fly 🪰 , in a room have two smoke alarms I don't understand why, why not enough one because both alarm blinding blinking light so sleeping finished after use toilet 1:00 am or 2:00 am. Jacuzzi expensive means 30 minutes €20 and my wife +10 euros, sauna soo tiny 4 people like a morning time on the bus. Disappointed for dinner extra pay drink still water etc. I understand for the construction not a hotel mistake but give the room it's definitely their mistake.

Big room (superior) room facilities for example: kettle with coffee and tea and refills every day. Easy setting for AC, big bathroom. Good and tasty food for breakfast and dinner.

Rooms not ready for check in at 3pm, a number of groups were waiting for their rooms to become ready. Hotel is next to a site where they are digging into stone from 7.30am, it is exceptionally noisy. It woke us, it shook the hotel and you couldnt relax in your room. Reception will not warn you of this at check in. Breakfast was basic buffet, did not feel 4*, minimal vegetarian options unless you wanted fruit, miniature croissant or an egg. Swimming pool tiny and full of splashing children, sauna fits 2 people.

There was no radiator in the bathroom, so it was cold. The spa level is zero - cold water, small sauna/ open till 19:00 & you have to pay for the jacuzzi and for the simple robe too.

The location of the accommodation was good and the room was spacious. The hotel is nice, the staff is kind and the breakfast selection is large. I can recommend it if you want a simple accommodation.

Everything. We paid halfboard and the first dinner was a disaster. No drinks were served for free during the meal, not even water. The facilities are not what you expect in a hotel. You could have them at home.

The buffet was too expensive, and I booked buffet for myself and three children and we couldn't eat any,the food were all cold,even the rice served was fridge temperature I really felt disappointed about the food served and I wish I requested for a refund because the food was horrible

- at booking i was very happy to get an modern and nice looking room - i have chosen the hotel because of this. But i was very disappointing at arrival because the room was not looking like on the photos and compared to them old. It seems they have a building with modern rooms and one with old rooms and i got a room in the old one without notification - the cleaning team has thrown away personal documents which were placed on the table - parts of the breakfast were unfortunately not very good - eg. the juices tasted very chemical

It could be cleaner. I was especially disappointed with the state of high chairs during the breakfast, which were quite dirty (although they were covered with plastic wrap to indicate they were cleaned), so I would recommend to check it before you put your baby in there. Also, a hotel has a something I would call "Ryan air" system. The basic fair is cheap, but they're constantly trying to sell you some upgrade.

Before we book the room, i called the front desk and asked if the jacuzzi and i door pool was i cluded in the price, they said yes. When we arrive in the parking lot because it was writing that we have private parking for us first of all the security guy kept us 30 min because we shoud booked before coming and nobody has told us but then he let us in just for before the check out they asked us 8 euro per day foe the parking too. The jacuzzi also was not free it was 40 euro per 30 min. This i sall hidden coast they dont tell about. In the pool the water was freezing and when you go out the room was freezing too. Very bad experience.

The sauna is so small - only for 2 people. The pool is always busy. there are no slippers, you need to buy, and no gowns. Is it better to coast higher, but you have everything in the room?

The lifts were a nuisance. My room had no views (only a small, dark courtyard); I was offered an upgrade for an additional fee which I declined. There was also alot of noise from renovation work taking place within and around the hotel.

nice classic old Hotel, it has it all and was good value for money! it’s an old Hotel though, so you can feel the use… and I thought breakfast was a bit pour… but overall was a pleasant stay with a lot of facilities
