- Although the room featured a balcony, it was too little. - The Rooftop pool closes early which doesn't allow a night swim. -

- Spacious room and comfy beds. - Has a lot of facilities and amenities on the premises. - Breakfast has a wide range of choices. - The location is close to some nice hot spots and beach locations.

corridors in our part of the hotel were smelly. you can hear a lot through doors. During our stay there ware a bunch of missbehaving kids loudly shutting the doors around midnight. breakfast were so-so so dont expect anything fancy. elevators can be a challenge to understand :)

Nice rooftop pools with view. clean spacious rooms. very nice location with nice restaurants around and bus stop just in front of hotel. reception and staff was always very nice and friendly. We were allowed to use all facilities even after checking out

The fact that we booked a twin room but got a double room. We went down to ask there were none but more expensive rooms with an extra cost £120 euros for the stay. The rowing machine in the gym didn’t work.

It was near to lovely places to eat and great to base yourself for getting around the island .The spa was lovely

Road is a bit busy but this did not affect our enjoyment.

Our room was quiet despite the hotel being situated on quite a busy road. The public areas are exceptionally comfortable, the foyer bar is 24 hours and offers lovely choice of coffees, soft drinks in addition to the usual alcoholic drinks. The daily 4 hour Happy Hour on cocktails was brilliant. This hotel has very high standards for cleanliness and staff. We were totally unaffected by the ongoing work to complete the new hotel rooms/facilities. An issue with our air-conditioning was addressed quickly and effectively. A special mention to the Reception staff - so polite, knowledgeable and helpful. They will advise and book any trips/transport you require. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great rooftop terrace for sunbathing. Room was large and comfortabe. Breakfast had a great selection. Staff were very helpful. Town was nice and good bus links to other parts of the island.

The only negative was that at some moments there was an ugly smell that stayed for a few minutes.

Lack of sunbeds and very cramped at rooftop pool. Appreciate there is another pool area still to be opened however may be better limiting how many can use pool area under current circumstances.

Absolutely perfect, only problem the aircon isn’t very cold at all the rooms are very warm and it kept breaking but the staff came to fix it straight away. Just wasn’t cold enough when it worked !

The rooftop pool is not heated, there is no playground or playroom for children in the hotel
