United KingdomWe liked the location it was central to everything plenty to do and see and the sea view was amazing, we liked the bed very comfy, it was a good size room with kettle and fridge. The staff were brilliant very helpful and polite and the cleaners always greeted us saying good morning or hello. Dislike. The day we arrived a sign clearly states no smoking and yet a member of staff standing right outside the main door smoking. The bathroom shower was appalling the door was hanging of the runner and the shower leaked, the plug hole was full of hair which caused an unpleasant smell when you put the shower on. The room had not been cleaned only the bed changed and bin emptied as the dust was everywhere including the floor had to wear shoes at all times, and the biggest concern was the sign on the door saying do not lean on railings when we touched it it was clearly very loose and dangerous bearing in mind we were on the 3rd floor. The breakfast was absolutely dismal lack of choice I am a diabetic and a vegan and all I could have from the choice was a piece of toast and some fruit tipped out of a tin so we did not eat there the rest of the week. Day of check out we tidied the room the best we could my husband checked under the bed invade we dropped anything and he found other peoples socks that were covered in thick dust so clearly the beds don’t get moved to be cleaned.

United KingdomVery loud, balcony was barely even a balcony. Sun never hit the balcony either. There was a swimming pool outside the hotel which had people there early and was quite loud. People were getting in at all hours which made it loud also. View was great but could barely sit out

United KingdomSea view room was supposed to be the most expensive they offer. It was noisy with sounds constantly from the street below and the hotel all through the night. The hairdryer cable had a short on it. The shower was 2 feet square. No shelf in the bathroom to place any soap toothpaste of razor on. I'm recovering from long term illness and the lifts broke and were not operating on the last night and morning making it necessary for me suffering from CFS and an injured knee to climb up three floors of stairs to my room and back again in the morning.

Brighter colours would be welcome in this room, its long and narrow configuration does not suit dark colours. United KingdomI requested a double bed, and it seems that they just put two single bed mattresses together, so when you tried to sleep in the middle it was uncomfortably sticking in your back.
This room offered a great combination of comfort and convenience. It was clean, had AC and heating, and included tea and coffee. The location couldn't be better – right by the sealine with plenty of restaurants, a grocery store around the corner, and excellent public transport connections. A truly enjoyable and hassle-free stay.
