MaltaI have booked a standard room on the 30th September, for a Visitor who had to travel for work, unfortunately the receptionist didn't even find his name booked. The cherry on the cake was that when this person entered in the room the pictures he sent me where not even like the images from the website. That evening on his check in, 11th Oct at 20.00pm he left this hotel and had to look for somewhere else to stay.

AustraliaCheck in time is 3pm, however the room was not ready until after 3pm. Very basic rooms no mini fridge. Bathrooms are so tiny. If you are a bigger person you will struggle in the small amount of space in the shower. (Feel claustrophobic)
The location of this hotel is ok, you step outside and there is rubbish on your left, right, ahead, on the floor and everywhere. But it is close to Valletta. Beds are comfortable.

IrelandDuring check-in, the staff member started to deal with a member of the public who walked in with a lost item and left us standing there waiting while he spoke to them and rang rooms looking for someone. It was a bad start to our stay after a long day of traveling. The breakfast was also of poor quality along with the room feeling very basic. Unfortunately I would not be able to recommend staying here if you are someone who likes their accommodation to feel comfortable during their holidays.

Australiait was a perfect location overlooking Baultta Bay - close to transport facilities to Valetta and the the main area of Julian’s Bay. The room was spacious and overlooked the Bay which was breathtaking. if you are tall like me be prepared for a very tight fit in the shower! the concierge was most helpful in arranging day activities and excursions. Maria the owner/manager was exceptional in her ability to follow up on any request and assist me with what I needed for my stay from a power point adapter to where to go to get a PCR Test!

SloveniaThe WiFi was terrible -- I had to work for one day of our trip and had to use data throughout the day. (I'm surprised this is still an issue in 2022). If your WiFi doesn't work, clearly communicate that to your customers. The walls are apparently really thin as we could hear a lot of noise from the outside. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. The room itself had a damp smell and there was no fridge. The toilet wouldn't flush properly and the water pressure of the shower head was nonexistent. The holder was also barely attached to the tiles.
The location is decent and well connected. The room was spacious. Air con worked well.

AustraliaThe pictures did not represent what it was like, however it is a 3 star property so it would fit that standard. It’s a bit run down. The bathroom is tiny and the shower head doesn’t stay up so need to hold it. Beds are hard so it’s all okay just outdated and run down but very spacious rooms so great price for a budget conscious family. on a main road so quite noisy as well, particularly at night time. I was not really able to enjoy tranquility but the location is really central and convenient.
The location is super central and safe. Reception were helpful, accommodating and understanding.
