- the elevator: way to slow and only one and very small - breakfast not good - bathroom tiny: couldn't even use the toilet properly and had to leave the shower door open

The closest beach is unfortunately not for swimming, so just a heads up. There are signs that say it’s not recommeded for swimming, however the lifeguards at the beach do not let anyone get in the water, something to do with their health organization who determined it is not safe to swim there.

Location was perfect and all of the staff from the house keepers to receptionsts were very kind, friendly and helpful. Rooms are okay, nothing special but it had everything one would need while on vacation. AC and WiFi worked just fine. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel and there is a lot of restaurants and cafes that are close to it as well.

Reception leaves spare keys visible and if staff notice desk (such as periods during the night) anyone can geab them. I saw someone grab their own key late at night as there was no one at reception and they needed to get into room. Should lock up keys

The cleaners were good but did forget to top up supplies such as toilet rolls, tea bags and shampoo on a couple of days. . The lift was broken on arrival but fixed the next day. It did break again but was fixed the next day. The bathroom was very small and the sink water was brown but otherwise clean.

The reception staff were very friendly. Nice comfortable room with a beautiful view of Balluta Bay. We had towel art left on the bed which gave it a luxurious feel. There was a fridge containing three bottles of water but not sure if these were complimentary or left by previous guests. The Air conditioner worked well and was essential as it was very hot. The staff helped us get a taxi back to the airport at the end of the stay. The hotel also had free luggage storage. Would stay there again.

The cleaning service was very bad. A bug was found in the bathroom and another one was spotted at the reception. In one of our rooms there was a strong smell of mold, even though there was no mold visible. The breakfast was of poor quality, with only a few options to eat. The bathroom was very small, with visibile signs of dampness.

The location was amazing, just in front of the beautiful Balutta Bay Beach. Had a bus station so close and a supermarket right at the entrance of the hotel.

Misleading pictures doesn’t show the front of the hotel, it has 6 kiosk type businesses before you get to the hotel entrance that aren’t on the pictures or mentioned in description, it’s on a main road the nearest beach is a tiny bit of sand and it’s advised not to swim there, bathroom window opened to an area between our room and the next room and could definitely climb between the 2 rooms so wasn’t so secure.

Our room didnt have the balcony. Definetly need that for smoking or drying bikinis and it just feels more spacious.

The location is amazing, the 24h reception is also great and always ready to help and it just feels better knowing there is always someone you can ask for help or suggestions… The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels daily. AC was also good.

The room was kind of on the older side. The room key is an actual key so that that was inconvenient and the toilet is in a weird location that makes it uncomfortable to use the bathroom.

I loved the location of the hotel. very centrally located and easy to find. a grocery store right outside within 1 min and multiple bars/restaurants within 3 mins walking. the room is very big and the view of the bay is really nice to wake up and go to sleep to. The staff was extremely welcoming and very accommodating.

Check in is 3pm (which is common) but did feel quite late in the day. Personally, I didn’t love the breakfast and I didn’t think it quite justified the price, however we were able to get something each morning.

The location, if you’re after a buzz of people, restaurants, beach access and communal pool, is great. I liked that it was a small hotel, it wasn’t crowded and the staff were excellent.

The toilet seat was placed so close to the sink that it made its use inconvenient. For those who like to sleep in total darknes the curtains can be a problem since light comes around them.

The location was good. There is a small grocery store under the hotel. There is even a bus stop just under the hotel. The sea view was nice. The guy in the reception (Daniel) was so nice and helpful.

The water from taps were coming out yellow, it was dirty so had to keep it on until I saw clean water and there was no fridge in my room

A mini fridge in the room, re-positioning of the shower tap as it made the shower difficult to use, and clear directions to use the sink tap. Hot was left to right, and cold was right to left, but it was displayed the other way around on the tap, so it was confusing. The shower was very small, and the bathroom didn't have an air vent for distributing the warm/hot air out after shower use.

I liked the air conditioning, the amenities in the hotel, and the location. It was easy to find the bus and to reach the hotel from the airport (X1 to Miller, a 20-minute walk). Housekeeping was fantastic at this hotel, and the bed was super comfy. The reception staff were excellent; even when I had a problem with the safe, maintenance immediately came.
