MaltaVery little! - There is only one bathroom, but it wasn't much of an issue for us. - The Wi-Fi sometimes doesn't connect from upstairs. - The heating of the pool takes some time to heat up, but the host was nice enough to heat it up prior to our arrival! Just a tip for those who are here for a short-stay.
- The host is nice and friendly. He accommodated us whenever we had any problem or request! - The house was very comfy, well-equipped and well-lit. There is an AC in most rooms and the amenities are modern. - The large terrace upstairs is lovely and equipped with a BBQ, pizza oven and a nice heated pool. The views are amazing as you are surrounded with fields, quiet streets and a nice view of the planes taking off from the airport. - It's located in a central but quiet area in Kirkop with convenient stores, supermarkets and shops very close by. There is an abundance of parking spaces just next to the house and a bus stop a few minutes away.

Maltaone of the rooms has a carpet floor and the smell wasn’t nice , it smell like cigarettes.. the house it’s beautiful and big but I feel the rooms needs more maintenance.
it has everything In the kitchen to cook, plates , glasses etc ! the terrace is very big and with an amazing pool, barbecue and pizza oven .

Had.my son of 4 years and got to meet the chickens as we have.some at home and got to see the gardens. Just perfect for May. Not too hot but hot enough for Scottish skin with the pool.

The place is a dream, I went there with a few friends for a little bday gateaway and it was absolutely perfect. The area is super peaceful, the interior really cosy, and the terrace with the pool is just FABULOUS! The owner was perfect, super kind and helpful with any request. We will get back for sure, I would recommend this place to anyone!

MaltaThe photos on this listing must have been taken several years ago. The place is shabby, with furniture that is slowly falling apart - knobs coming off when you try opening something, rickety drawers etc. The furniture is stuffed with random old junk- from broken appliances, to old magazines, dusty teacups, literally anything you can name. The fridge and freezer were filthy, with random old food and caked-in ice. The drawers to the freezer broken and chipped. There was dust everywhere, we could literally see footsteps in it after we'd walked around a bit. The sofa in the first room literally had pet hair and dusty pawprints on it. The decor is old fashioned to say the least. The beds creaky and uncomfortable with dusty pillows. The hot tub was not the least bit warm, and completely unusable. The electric kettle provided kept tripping the electricity everytime we tried switching it on. Worst of all is that when we complained to the owner, we were just told we can pack up and leave. No offer to help clean up or make any amends. Obviously, given this was a planned holiday with a group and its difficult to book somewhere else so last minute, we were forced to stay and endure it. Absolutely terrible place and terrible host.
The location is quiet and there is parking close by.

FranceThis place is really dirty . old food abandoned into the fridge, footprints on the floors, old chips under your steps when you walk, no towels, just one but very dirty, yellow stains on the bedsheets. food in the sofa. just 2 beds for 4 persons prepared when we are 5! the jacuzzi is not prepared, the terrace is completed wet. really disgusting. terrible night.

United KingdomThe cleanliness was awful. Everything had to be washed before being used. The fridge was disgusting with left over food in the fridge and freezer as well as the freezer being broken. The rugs were not hoovered as they had rubbish on them and the dining room one had alot of hair and broken glass which I actually stood on 😏 The toilet seat was broken and the cloth for washing up were as disgusting as were the baking trays etc. Edited after contact with owner: Whilst the owner contacted me during the first 24hrs to see if there was anything we needed I did not want confrontation or our holiday ruined so cleaned the house myself. The owner however has responded very rudely to the truth accusing me of having a good holiday and then still wanting a refund. I have never denied having a good holiday as I made sure of it for my children. That does not exscuse the state of the property on our arrival or the fact that I ended up with glass in my foot because of the above and I have not requested a full refund.
