A superb property with wonderful owners. We felt really well looked after. Especially as I need a gluten free diet. The owners made sure that I had nice gluten free bread for my breakfast every day. The room was really comfortable and quiet for good nights sleep. Certainly would recommend this property to anyone staying on Gozo.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Carob Tree, and I must say it was an amazing experience! The B&B offers stunning views of Gozo's lush greenery, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The location is wonderfully quiet, yet it's still close to all the amenities you need, making it the perfect balance of tranquillity and convenience. The breakfast was superb—delicious and freshly prepared, setting a perfect tone for the day ahead. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The property itself was spotless, and the room was equipped with everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention to detail goes into maintaining this beautiful place. We will definitely be revisiting The Carob Tree in the future. Keep up the great work! Highly recommend!

The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed to provide a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast at this place is nothing short of spectacular. Each morning, we were treated to the best breakfast we have ever had. The spread included a variety of freshly baked pastries, seasonal fruits, The ingredients were fresh and locally sourced, reflecting the hosts' dedication to quality and sustainability. Breakfast was served in a charming dining area with views of the garden, making it a delightful start to each day.

Slightly out of town - probably a 20 minute walk, but very quick drive and plenty of parking near town so very easy if you have a car.

Property was great! Very clean and spacious. Lovely kitchen and eating areas. Rooms were clean, bright and spacious. Hosts were great - very attentive and generous with their recommendations. Breakfast each morning was great, option to eat indoors or outdoors and lots of food options. Cannot recommend this property more, ticked all our boxes!

Nothing at all! Couldn’t fault it.

The carob tree is just the best b&b I have ever been too. It is like home from home, but with sunshine and fabulous surroundings! We love exploring so was perfect for us being able to go out with a car and also on foot. The breakfast was great and being able access to water and tea and coffee all day is fab!

We stayed at The Carob Tree for 5 nights. We really enjoyed our stay there. It was very relaxing. The beautiful design of the house, always very very clean, family atmosphere, the owners are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very varied and delicious. The location is also very good, with Uber or Bolt you can reach everything in less than 10-15 minutes. If we ever go on holiday to Gozo again, we will definitely stay at Carob Tree again.

Just perfect. Loved every second. The place is stunning, super clean, and there's such attention to details in all the design and decor. Lovely open view across the fields from the balconies, and even a little sight of the sea near Mgarr. Clementa and Matthew are the perfect hosts, wonderful people. Went the extra mile wherever they could. Ir-rabat (Victoria) is only a short walk, or you can get the bus right on the corner which will get you there in a couple of minutes, or get bus the other direction down to lovely Xlendi for a swim.

Matthew and Clementa were delightful: very friendly and super helpful; we could not have asked for more. The facilities throughout were perfect too, with a great room, elegant dining area and a quiet back garden with plenty of sunny and shaded areas and a lovely clean pool.

This place is nothing less than amazing. Check in was very smooth and they are always there to help if you want suggestions on what to do or where to eat in the area. Matthew and his wife are making sure that everything is at the highest standard and we will definitely be back.

The bathroom was on the small side - nothing bad, but I think they should add some shelves to make it more functional, especially in the shower. The location is close to Victoria, but not much to see walking distance.

Very nice house, with welcoming hosts! It was very clean and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was good, and the pool was amazing. Loved to spend afternoons there. Free coffee, fruits, and filtered water for guests all the time.
