The room did have a window but for an inside patio and there was almost no natural light.

Staff is extemely nice and helpful. The bar was very well decorated, had nice food and drinks and live music on weekends. The location is just perfect for relaxing with your boyfriend. The room was very clean and the bed super comfortable

It was advertised with a kitchen yet we were told that the ones with a kitchen would cost us €30 extra per day. We thought this was a bit unprofessional.

It was quite and central at Xlendi Bay. The espresso every morning was excellent. The water pressure was also great. The room was cleaned after 2 days.

On the whole only a very minor personal complaint which we made the receptionist aware of but this did not spoil our visit.

Well situated with good amenities and friendly staff. Walking distance to all facilities in Xlendi and great proximity to public transport. Lovely bar area with polite and friendly barmen. Helpful reception staff and generally a very nice place for a short break We'll definitely return and highly recommend it

I have booked a free cancellation/pay at the property option however money was deducted beforehand, I spoke to them via chat and they said that this is their procedure. We were also planning on staying an extra night beforehand which they told us its available and then a day later told us theyre fully booked.

The hotel itself looks good, modern and artistic, however there's a huge buildings/apartments getting built and you have no privacy whatsoever as they are very very close, you ll have to keep the curtains closed. At night you have loud music and even though I believe theyre soundproof you can barely get some rest at least not untill 11pm or so. Shower is VERY small you could barely move. You will also find a folder which have all these ridiculous prices should you break even a glass/mug.

I like the fact that it is central yet not so noisy.

More light in the bathroom, the shower is so dark.. A fixed shelf is needed in the bathroom as there's no place to put toiletries. There's also no hanger near the wash hand basin.

The stove wasnt working they told us that we had to advise them to turn on the gas for us but i didn’t get notified for anything and even in the check-in they did not advise us. So we eneded up paying for a room with a kitchen for nothing cause we couldnt use it and ended up throwing away the food we bought

First of all, the room was very small especially the bathroom. I kept knocking my arms, legs while drying with the towel (and I'm not a large person) 2 years ago I came to the same hotel, during the same time and my room was much more spacious and comfortable. I don't know what happened this time. I suggest that instead of a coffee machine you would put an electric kettle. I wanted to have some boiled water but all I could have was just coffee. During the night there was some strange noise coming out of some appliance. It was very annoying. It kept coming and going waking me up.

Location is good. Clean Nice arrangement. Quiet place.

A cool vibe throughout the property. The Above bar was nice and chilled. Great choices for breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Bobby.

I only read about the room being too small and not accessible to a window or balcony after i booked, which was too late, i could have upgraded i believe but i didn't, my fault. Still what annoyed me the most that the only window we could open lead to the service shaft, which resulted in an awful smell entering the room. Another thing, I also read about the sound and music being played till midnight after I booked, again, my fault, and i didn't mind it much, its not that it was that loud, but again the next early morning, the staff where having a discussion in the shaft or somewhere that could be heard from the shaft and it was quite annoying. The rest, 100% to the staff who were extremely helpful, kind and polite, hats off. The place was kept very clean and also the food at the roof top was good and well priced not to mention the decor especially near the pool area which is done very well. The location is perfect. Having said all this i wouldn't mind giving this place another try and maybe choosing another room.
