This hotel exceeded our expectations in ways we cannot explain! The location and views are stunning, and the chalets themselves spacious, comfortable, clean, and luxurious. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the staff was welcoming and professional. Our only regret was not staying longer.

The access road was adventure! You should be very careful when driving - the road is not properly kept, its narrow with many holes. I dont recommend going there during night. There are only few navigation signs, we had to ask the person at the counter of the Chamarel 7 Colored Earth geopark where to go.

Chalet 7 (the one we were in) was very close to the restaurant and therefore is less private than the other ones. If you can request chalets 1-3 Food in the restaurant could do with some work. Not 4* standard. But the view again, is what you are there for

The service at the restaurant was not on a 4 star level. Also the food, specially dinner was a no go. There were 4 dishes on the menu list (which is ok), but only 2 were available. Quality of food was humble.

The rooms are just perfect. The chalets are big und the view is amazing. It is quiet and tranquil location, perfect für relaxing. Visits to the coloured earth and the rum factory is a must.

The evening meal needs improving. The menu is quite limited, the food is a bit on the rustic side, and there’s odd things like no wine by the glass.

Best views on the island, wonderful, luxurious and spotless chalets. The view is to die for. It’s brilliant value for money - you’d expect to be paying a lot more.

The half board is really not great, since there are very few option which you don’t need to pay extra for. Also, some of the team was lovely, especially the guy who fixed our shower and the receptionist, however some other members of the hotels weren’t very nice :/

The place itself is beautiful, super close to the 7 coloured sands, and has the best sunsets.

You will not be alone in the room:), but i assume normal for this place, which is a national park.

Lovely location with both, forest and ocean view and very close to the local attractions. The road to reach the location is just a bit more challanging, but totally worth it for this secluded location.

With the road to tamarin closed the location is too remote, it takes aprox 35 min to reach Le Morne. The road from chamarel entrance to the hotel itself is really bad. Staff could be more attentive and note when birthday guests are staying with them. Housekeeping staff entered my room when I went for breakfast on the check out date and started to remove the bed linen as if I’ve already checked out even though all my stuff was still unpacked in the room - it was at around 9 am and check out was at 11. he didn’t stop until I told him that I have not checked out yet.

Great view, a lot of nice spots on the premises Huge, but super cozy rooms, terrace to watch sunset and a balcony to watch sunrise. Perfect place for yoga! Helpful staff at the restaurant.
