We had no problems.

The location of the property is excellent. Our unit was on the ground floor with a huge veranda and had a seafront. The unit was very comfortable for a party of 5. The pool area is lovely and big and everything is looked after and cared for. The staff are extremely attentive and accommodating and communication from Malini and her Team was excellent! We loved being in this area as it is not as busy as Grand Baie. Thank you for a lovely 3 week stay 😎

First night there was a party next door to the complex, noise pollution was extreme. Nobody could sleep. Host was not interested in assisting as it was outside the complex and said that I should manage the problem myself. I requested the security and police to intervene. Police came at 3 in the morning and it was finally quiet before sunrise. There are no amenities for self-catering and nothing gets restocked (be ready to buy your own basics such as laundry detergents, soap, toilet paper) No kitchen basics provided such as salt or pepper which we have always received at other self catering units in Mauritius.

Requested assistance to unlock a toilet door. Maintenance guy came next day. Safe box is not available- damaged No refill for tissue papers in the toilets We even had a rat in the living room

There was road noise as the room backed onto a main road but this did not affect our enjoyment as the lounge and main bedroom is at the other side

Only one small disadvantage, access to the sea is close, but this is not a beach, only a bay where park small boats.

I heard about the complaint , i do admit my part but it was very racist how others can treat mauritians . Even i paid big money to enjoy my birthday , the man next to me who claims to be the owner of the villa , reported for loud noise and hence also sat down to drink beer with us . How hypocrite . His also a mauritian so what was his problem . The whole villa was celebrating , near the pool , there was loud music , people enjoying and talking loud . That was not a problem . By evening, i got problem with the electricity, i did complain with the security and even make a call to the person concern . No help . I loved everything, my birthday went gr8 . But im not coming back , in my own country , people cant be that mean !!!

Nothing much to complain about

Lots of space for a family of 4 to spread out. The pool area over looking the sea was very well maintained by a team of staff every morning with 24h security on site. The large showers had fantastic water pressure. The property was cleaned every 2 days. As we were in Mauritius for 3 weeks having a washing machine was much needed.

The master bedroom has an attached toilet. The other 2 bedrooms have to share a common toilet.There is another common toilet on the ground floor.They could have kept a basic items-sugar,coffee,tea atleast.

If I HAVE to say something, that would be that the plunge pool was cold so we didn't have the chance to use it, we preferred the main one, but that's really really minor.

We had a great time staying in Latitude. The apartment was spacious and clean, in a good location. Close to some really nice restaurants and super market. The swimming pool was very convenient, especially for our group with 2 babies. It was cleaned very often and the staff were overall very kind and helpful.

Honestly, the WiFi or I must say network is not good at all there,in every room or kitchen or anywhere you don't even get network on your phone. Other than that, everything was just awesome

We arrived there late due to our schedule but the place was clean,fresh and beautiful. We had all the amenities needed in the kitchen, and the bedroom was so beautiful and well presented. Overall, the place was amazing. Karina, who is the cleaning lady, was so kind,we had a nice conversation, and she also managed to talk to the manager for us for a late checkout. The manager is also very professional yet kind,even though we arrived late he gave us till late to checkout he was very comprehensive, Thank you we really appreciate your gesture. The swimming pool is beautifully designed and great to just relax and enjoy a wonderful moment.
