Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The people at the property were warm and welcoming, the location is perfect, next to a supermarket, restaurants, social amenities. It was a great location.

United StatesRoosters crowing every day at 0330 and the noisy nightclub across the street until 04:30 on weekends (obviously not the owners fault). No elevator, so pack light as you're climbing 4 flights of stairs where the lights continually time-out when you're between flights of stairs. Only one beach towel. Pool was not as clean as it could have been, and when they do clean it, it is simply closed off with no indication for how long it will be closed. It is a nice size, though. The communication in the beginning was excellent, then nothing until the day before leaving. The bathroom cabinet had water damage to the point that there were "mushrooms" growing in it. He advised that he was going to replace it and wanted to know when we'd be available. We offered immediately, but he was a no-show. I fixed the sliding shower door as only one would slide open. The patio has only 2 usable chairs. Major ant problem!! We couldn't even cook in the flat because anytime you put anything on the counter (no dish rack), there's an ant infestation. They were everywhere, the cupboards, the microwave, counters, and even the refrigerator. We were constantly spraying chemicals, wiping down surfaces, and pouring boiling water down the drains. We were going to address when he came to fix the cabinet. However, he was a no-show. Also, there is no clothes line or dryer stand for damp towels. The day before leaving, we WhatsApp him to ask where to leave the key, and I mentioned that there was a major ant problem and that there must be a hidden nest somewhere. He whatsapp back acknowledging the ant issue. We had requested a late checkout. However, he was not able to accommodate it due to another guest arriving that night. The only reason I mention this is due to the severity of the ant issue. The next guest will have the same issue as there would be NO WAY to solve that problem in one afternoon. The place will need a professional or fumigation.
The location was excellent, minutes to the beach, supermarket across the street and near restaurants.

IndiaEverything. Firstly we were provided with room on the 4th floor and this residency does not have an elevator. We requested for somewhere below but they said they don't have rooms.For next 2 days I did not see anyone staying other than us in the entire section don't know why they did this to us. I was with my 1.5 year old baby and it was really difficult each time to climb so up. Also the heater did not work so we had to shower with the cold winter and we visited during winters with temperature in the morning around 16 degrees. I would definitely not visit this place again
Liked the location since Its opposite to supermarket and near to the beach.

Italystay away from this nightmare. dirty as a pigsty. i asked the property to come and clean he never responded. there were cockroaches and I had to buy poison. crockery glass shower floors that you don't even see in an abandoned house. in the photos you see the cleaning of windows, floors, shower and dishes, cockroaches, what they call a rusty barbecue, table and chairs on the balcony with pigeon droppings. the apartment is in the center but at the weekend you can't sleep due to the noise. never again in my life
