United Arab EmiratesThe hotel is really in a nice area which you can see the mountain and the sea.. - Good Things ( Location / Employees /Entertainments ) - Snacks was nice specially in sports bar. - Drinks are nice in all bars - Bad things : > The food was not the best as we don’t eat pork so there was one night we couldn’t eat anything apart from the vegetables and fruits as there was big station for pork which we don’t eat … we had to eat pizza pasta curry .. > Sometimes lunch is ok but dinner not so great. > Desserts it was really bad specially Cream caramel / Jelly thing - Back pool was dirty ( Around it ) where you lay-down there was a lot of debris around the pool. - Internet next to the beach / Sports bar was weak .

MauritiusI wasn't satisfied with the fact that I asked for birthday and anniversary decor while booking for my stay, and now my stay is over, I even extended 1 more night but no one addressed it to me. I didn't get the decor, not even a cake was offered, even if I had to pay, it wasn't a problem. Variety of food could get better, it could have been alternated every other day. Flies and birds outside the restaurant is understandable, however, inside the restaurant it could be worked out. Was expecting a larger variety of drinks. I can understand if it's because all inclusive, but I could pay a little extra to have a whiskey. If we could have towels on every pool, that would be great! That would be convenient for those guests who stay at the very back; if they want to change the towels, they have to walk all the way to the main pool. Steakhouse and Bangalore could have used a little more space, being fine dining restaurant? Sports bar has been a great concept! However, 1 pool table and foosball table? This could be better. Overall, my stay was nice, but it could be better. 🙂

MauritiusBeach showers are scarce. You need to walk a long way to find one. It was not convenient for us, we are not that fit and young anymore. The coffee served at meals in restaurants taste not good at all. We needed to go at the poolbar to get a decent one.
The all inclusive package is very interesting. We enjoyed that.

IrelandThe beach was full of rocks and corals, be careful if you walk without any shoes, flip flops,etc I didn’t like the fact that the promoting “you get 333€ worth of credits “ to use around the resort (spa and water sports) and in fact it’s just some vouchers that all together is 333€ (worth of discounts) so basically you have to spend at least 3000€ to get all of those discount. Eg.(full body massage 160€ and you get 15€ off) As I know this is a misleading marketing. (Which is illegal as far as I know).
The room was pretty clean, and spacious enough, nice balcony with the view at the beach and pool I liked the fact that it has a hanging place for drying you clothes/towels. They give you towels for pool and beach.The staff is nice and friendly, food is good , the beach is close to the hotel(1min walk). Very clean around the hotel, if you go for all inclusive I think it’s the best option. You can rent kayak and windsurfing and peddling boat for free. They are doing some activities every day which is nice. Music is good. All around it’s worth the money.

MauritiusThe TV reception was very bad, all the movie channels were not good. The Towel Cards should be issued with your room cards on arrival, I like many others went to collect towels only to be told you need to get the towel cards from Reception. Our Room was not cleaned on one of the days, did report it to reception, they offered to send someone but this was already when we came out of dinner.
Food was good, entertainment was good. Location excellent, we live in Bel Ombre and Le Morne is one of our favourite spots.

BulgariaThe app that allows you to reserve dinner at a la carte restaurants is not working. This needs to be fixed because it creates bad reservation practices. The location of the hotel is in a place where it is windy most of the time and it becomes unpleasant on the beach (it rarely blows really hard, but we caught a few such days). The animation for children is insufficient and the children's center operates at hours when no one would take their children there.
The food was varied and always delicious. In my opinion, the food is like in a 5 star hotel. The rooms are large enough and comfortable. The two a la carte restaurants are free and the food is great. On windy days, the hotel pools are very pleasant. If you practice water sports (kite, windsurfing, etc. using the wind) this is a great place.

There is no ventilation in the bathroom.. quality of the aircons needs to be attended to as it was very hot and aircons is huge requirement.

South AfricaThe procedure to book the Ala Carte restaurants needs to be worked on. We were told that we need to book on the RIU App and these restaurants can only be booked 48hrs in advance. However, whenever we checked there were no seats available even when we checked at midnight as advised by Reception. When we did get a reservation at Bangalore we were rushed through the meal as we were eating as they were preparing for the 2nd dinner service. This should have been communicated with us when we sat down.
The food was good at the buffet restaurant, there was not too much of variety though. I loved the entertainment, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Spa credits are a bit of false advertising as they come in form of vouchers off (5 - 15 euro a time) a bit annoying that when we requested side by side rooms due to being a family they gave us rooms either side of big communal staircase.
