The hotel itself is still under construction. The noise from the construction "during midnight" is bothersome. I was frightened and suddenly woke up at midnight by the noise. 🥲

- very high humidity in the room, the walls were literally "sweating". There was a mold smell that could still be felt despite the agressive and cheap air freshener, which made the air in the room unbreathable -the room had no windows (only the bathroom had a small window) and was very small - the bed and pillows were not very comfortable - between 9 am- 6 pm there are workers making a lot of noise, as the hotel is still under construction - location not great

- very friendly and supportive staff (they welcomed us with a drink and booked the speedboat transfer back to the airport; as our speedboat left in the eveninig, after checkout they stored our luggages and allowed us to use the shower before we left to the airport). - pretty nice room, modern design - better breakfast options compared to a similar hotel we've been accomodated in on the same island

1) Breakfast to be improved. 2) Transportation fees between Male Airport and the hotel to be revised as it's much higher then the operator used it self while there is no special services. Operator boat, operator staff, operator schedules. (actual 15 USD - Charged 25 USD by the hotel).

I would like to give a suggestion rather than calling it a dislike of something! Breakfast, if possible should have a little more options. Also the works that were being carried out for reconstruction, if it is possible to stop during the lunch break, so that you have the opportunity to relax a little, since the loud noises did not allow you to relax. But i hope these works will be finished soon and everything will be perfect at Arora View.

All the staff are wonderful! At any moment they make you feel comfortable as in your home. They come and wait for you at the boat and help you with your luggage, also acompany you with your luggage back to the boat. All for girls from Nepal who work at the recepsion and not only are adorable. They always make you feel welcome, respected, appreciated. They organized a special surprise for my birthday, decorated the room, take care of every detail. They deserve a huge applause, many thanks and a big hug from me. Many thanks to Asmita, Kabita, Apekshya, Shabnam! I can't leave without mentioning the chef Mahaj who was very friendly and professional with us, he cooked very delicious dishes and surprised me with a cake for my birtdhay. Also, the gentleman who helped us with the heavy luggage deserves a big thank you, he was very kind and friendly. A huge thank you to all of you!

Owner was really hospitable, he welcomed us personally, sent us to our day tours and even sent us off when we left Maafushi. The staff provided 5-star service and know each of the guests personally. The staff did a great job on coordinating with various tour companies to ensure everything is smooth for us. We felt really at home at Arora View and will definitely recommend it to our friends and family when they visit Maafushi.

The sound isolation of the rooms is quite bad. We had room just above the dining place and reception and could always hear people having dinner and breakfast preparation early in the morning. Could also hear the Tv and guests talking in other rooms and also the constant construction going on in the hotel all day that started around 8am every day.

Nice clean hotel, very kind staff. Drinking water available, also coffee and tea in room. Rooms also have AC and adapters. Nice location, close to port.

Breakfast in the Maldives on the local islands is very limited, as generally food choice is small… The hotel had good breakfast, but maybe adding some cheese and boiled eggs and yoghurt will make big difference. But we were happy with everything here. I am just mentioning as suggestion to make it better :).

Very clean, very friendly stuff, good location as the island is small. You just walk out in the Main Street and everything is on the street 5 min from you. 15 circa to the bikini beach. They pick you up and get you to the jetty when you leave. We ordered Kottu Roshi and some fried noodles and rice as per the advice on the Nepalese receptionist and it was super tasty. Good price as well. The ladies from Nepal at the reception are amazing. Very warm thank you for making our stay to be remembered. They even gave us small paintings of the Maldives when we departed 🥹.

Honestly nothing!

Amazing staff! Welcome was exceptional!! Place is a little far from the main area but that just means more discovering and walking around; loved the variety of options for the breakfast, and the free snorkling gear they let you borrow for the day, aswell as the comfort of the rooms, it was my birthday aswell and they arranged such a design!
