From the moment you step off the plane you are made to feel like you are the most important people there. The island really is a magical place, and although at full capacity it never felt crowded. There were always enough sunbeds or chairs available around the pool & bar areas (which I have never known before at an A.I resort!) Food was great, especially in the A La Carte restaurants, which have to be pre-booked. Rooms had everything you could ask for, bed extremely comfortable and powerful showers. Now for the most important part....THE STAFF!!!! If this island is magical it is because the staff make it so. Nothing was too much trouble and each and everyone one of them always had a smile on their face, whilst going about their jobs so efficiently. I could mention some names, but I won't as it would not be fair on the other staff members, but to all of you on IFURU Island...Thank you for the most wonderful week in paradise❤️

We stayed in a beautiful beach villa right on the beach. Stunning location with lots of privacy. If we wanted action we would head to the Hubba Hubba bar and restaurants. Very friendly staff. We were on the Pemium Exclusive package so unlimited drinks. Great cocktails. The 2 signature restaurants where we ate every night were high end. But the buffet was equally great serving delicious variety of dishes. We used the gym, tennis court, ping pong etc, watched the evening entertainment so there is plenty to do. Went on a catamaran evening sunset cruise - not cheap but worth it especially as it was just the two of us. They also made our anniversary evening special with a 5 course meal. Also loved the sea plane on our return to Male. I did a lot of research before booking Ifuru. And for sure they delivered. Highly recommend!

They are short staffed. They need to hire more staff. All the crew were amazing and lovely. But they looked tired. And by looking at them soo exhausted we couldn’t enjoy ourselves as well.

The property was very clean and beautiful. Well managed. Food is nice. Beach is beautiful.

In the billiards area they should have a ceiling fan at least because since its open it gets really hot. Also the cues for the billiards had no tips

- Need aircon in table tennis/billiard area - something must be done against lizards in room - some events (even small) are appreciated - how about bike for guest ? - need mosquito coils in most areas

Food…wow…food is just so good!! Really didn’t expect that level. Anything you like, it’s just delicious. Cappuccino is like Italian level, it can hardly be better. A la carte restaurant is just amazing. A little troublesome to book though. You will get the best Maldives sunset spot there ! You can request a buggy from your room directly from the Ifuru app and it works smoothly

The island is well-kept, the rooms are very clean. The staff loves their job, everyone is very friendly. The food is delicious, but it is not provided for very small children. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is an airport, but the sound of airplanes is almost inaudible. Thanks to the staff for the decoration in honor of our 10th wedding anniversary

Some days menu in buffet (dinner time) is horrible and we left to sleep hungry. Selection of fresh veggies is very low. If you decided to eat in A La Carte restaurant, be prepared that the portions is so small(specially Palm Grill), and general buffet restaurant you will not be able to use after.

My second visit to Ifuru. Absolutely love everything in this place! Clean beach and territory, super friendly staff, comfortable large rooms, free WiFi, Netflix, YouTube at the room. Gym, billiard, ping pong, everyone will find activities to do.

Lack of communication regarding seaplane transfer and its very last minute as a traveler.

The transfer from/to airport is not entirely predictable (Ifuru representative arriving late when we were already at airport, departure times when leaving from Ifuru known quite late). But it worked out well and is definitely not a deal breaker.

Great value for money, private beach in front of villa, kind and attentive staff, real all-inclusive with many drinks to choose from, no hidden costs.

Check-in and check-out process is unorganised and subpar for a 5* resort. Clear information is not provided on the facilities or the inclusive package and one has to figure it out for themselves. Too many mosquitoes. The DJ was below par and the live music played was very disappointing and unentertaining.

The location was amazing and scenic. The room was of a decent size and had decent facilities and a perfect view. There were several options and cusines for food and drinks and the taste was amazing. Staff were very courteous, always smiling and willing to help. The welcome was amazing.

If you eat ala carte you cannot go back and try open buffet that night. I think it should be free.

Everything about our stay was perfect!! We loved our sunset beach pool villa!! The staff were great, very polite and helpful with anything you may want!! The resort and the island is just beautiful and the place is so serene, so you can relax and enjoy your holidays to the fullest!! Totally recommend it!!

The only negative part is the kids club. It was very dirty and the underfeet was black because of dirtiness. Also full of lezarda poo. Not really goof for kids. Clearly needs some updates and deep cleaning

Everything was nice, from the pool to the food! Staff was really helpful and nice! Foor was amazing from breakfast to Dinner. And staff always manage to find a way to support!

I do not reccommend this Resort! First they sell with free transfer but not tell you before that the transfer is not by seaplane ( for it must pay extra) , is it with domestic flight transfer which is for 2 times from Velana airport . We arrived at 07 o clock in the morning and the first flight was at 12 o clock ( 5 hours we stayed to waitt their transfer)! Second , they have their own airport , when we came back there were 2 stupid men who collected everything what they wanted : our lighters with which passed in so many airports :)) and this cretin boys confiscated , also our baby botle of water , our baby juice ....:(((( More , the staff from restaurant and bars is verry slowly and no nice , you order a drink and bring after 20 minutes , all the people complained about this !! The resort is not NEW how is written by booking , is a old resort which was rebranded!!! The food is not bad but less options !! I don t understand from where this resort get on booking note 9.0 !!! Is a resort maximum note 7 !!! We stayed for 3 times in Maldive to others resorts with note 8 but was better like this !!!

It is too expensive for what reality is and what it offers ! For this money i have claims!!!

On the last day, was forced to check out at 12 noon even though the late check out was supposed to be guaranteed until 3pm under the booking. The earlier than expected timing of the domestic transfer also left us at male airport nearly 8 hours before our flight home. This really spoiled our holiday which was wonderful before that!
