we stayed only one night, from 3am til 6am…. noise of fireworks couldn’t let us sleep, i wonder what was the celebration about….. i hope it’s not like that everynight.

unfortunately the pool has just four loungers which are almost the whole day in the shadow. So there is no chance to lie at the pool in the sun. the rooftop would be perfect for a relaxing zone and some loungers but instead there are five bars which is definitely too much.

the hotel was furnished very luxurious and with very nice little details. the room service was perfect and twice a day in the room. the hotel looks in general very fancy and has a huge rooftop with bars and restaurants.

The location lack the tranquility, there was lots of noise from the street, the breakfast was very limited, all the areas are open to eat and in the morning was very chilly

The menu and the music

The name and description led us to believe it'd be a peaceful stay but they blasted techno music all day from 10 am to 11 pm. I think the music should be more in line with the relaxation they promise. The hotel is small so if they play loud techno music by the pool, you're going to hear it in ALL the rooms. Also, the music at dinner was too much. It felt like the kind of music you expect at a nightclub, not a high-end dinning experience. We didn't even order a main course because we couldn't stand the music. Also, a wellness hotel should really offer healthier food options and cater more to the vegetarian/vegan community. The menu es too meat heavy.

The staff is really slow, not attentive, this unusual for that kind of hotel. The music is very loud from 10am to 1am and you can hear even from the rooms … The WiFi never worked, basic amenity for 2023…

Dirty rooms. The bed sheets had not been changed from the previous guest. They had sweeped it and just re-done the bed. Common practice at this place as they upgraded me and when I checked the second bed it was ALSO DIRTY. Yellow stains and hairs all over the bed sheets. Shower was mouldy. Manager who is a woman, I think her name was Elena, is useless and can’t come up with a competent answer or solution after such an embarrassing and disgusting finding. Barely slept the first night thanks to the fact that I had to change rooms in the middle and both were dirty, sheets had to be changed, suitcases had to be moved etc. Asked for a reimbursement of the first night and they led me on until the end of my stay and later on IGNORED. Refrain from coming here or have a strong flash light to check your hostal quality bed as their purposely dimmed lights in the room camouflage everything.

Place was amazing. Great decor, our bedroom was so comfortable, beautiful bathroom I specially loved the bathtub. Staff was amazing leaving chocolates for us. Another thing is breakfast is delicious and attention was great!

the stay at this place was so unpleasant!!!!!! The room that was given to us smelled like paint and harsh Chemical. we where offered another room but it was super late after a long drive we where not willing to move. The next morning we asked for a latter check out witch was given to us. we got to the hotel and where told our luggage was in our car and that they no longer had our room and that the hotel was completely booked it was 12:45. They informed us that all the guest had requested an early check in. When I told them that it was such a bad service that they where giving us and a lot of back and forth. The front desk gave us a room to change and shower. I will avoid this place at all cost next time we come to San Miguel

The hotel, the staff, the food, the drinks... truly this hotel has outdone itself. The hotel is located near the top of the city center so you are far from the noise of the church bells ringing at 6 am every morning. But it is still very walkable (about 15 minutes). The hotel offers a fantastic shuttle that can take you anywhere within the city. I think that was a huge benefit for us especially after a long day of walking or if we didn't want to walk down to the city. The staff also uses Whatsapp to communicate with you so you can text them for all of your needs. The staff is so friendly and hospitable, we had such a lovely time chatting with them throughout our stay. The rooftop restaurant is gorgeous and they have different bars with different specialties. I will say the rooftop restaurant and bar is expensive - probably the most expensive place we ate at compared to everywhere else in the city. It didn't disappoint but it is a higher end restaurant. Lastly the rooms were beautifully designed, air conditioned and comfortable. The hotel itself is so instagram worthy, there is a photo opportunity anywhere you stand. We can't recommend this hotel enough, you won't regret your stay!

Amazing service! they really pay attention to details, the staff was very friendly and addressed all our requests, the rooftop bar was incredible and the cocktails were extraordinary. Every night we received a nice night courtesy, they arranged a transfer to the city center for us (our pets included) and when we were ready to check out we realized our car was handed clean! :) Great experience overall and very nice hotel!

EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE!! this is such a special property, brand new, gorgeous, and the absolutely most incredible staff. Service was incomparable… way better than the Rosewood, the Montage, the Ritz Carlton, and other 5 star hotels and resorts we’ve stayed at. Attention to detail and anticipation of needs was top notch. We felt taken care of, seen, heard, and appreciated. we cannot wait to return!
