The facility is a little rundown, water pressure is low and I didn’t really have hot water, which isn’t a huge issue because of the climate. There’s nowhere to hang wet towel, swimming wear etc. Some tiny little ants in the room.

I really like the location of this place, close to supermarkets, local restaurants and not much of a walk to the beach. Staff is attentive and the communication with them is great via WhatsApp. The new apartments and studios are very spacious.

Such great value & location. The staff, Luis & team are super friendly & helpful. Everything you need is a walk away, supermarket, great restaurants, far enough away from 5th so it's quieter, more local area and just 10 mins to the beach. WiFi is great. Shared facilities have all you need.

The budget room I was in had a noisy AC. Moved to a more expensive room and that was fine.

Helpful staff. Good atmosphere. Lots of shops and eating places nearby. A moderate walk to the main centre.

Due to heavy rain and low ventilation mold appeared on the wall and on several of our gears. This should absolutely be fixed as the rest of the experience was excellent.

The room was extremely well equipped and included a small kitchen. The team was nice. The price is very affordable.

Bathroom and shower are pretty small but fully functioning. Not sure what the purpose of the wires connected to the shower head is... well, we survived without shocks.

Clean and simple room with reliable A/C, little kitchen corner, and refrigerator. Nicely quiet and friendly place with lots of plants and a community kitchen and seating area in inner court. Walkable direct distance to Quinta Avenida, a little far to the ferry pier though from where Playacar can be accessed by foot. Public dispenser is purified water right next door. Street parking available. Plenty of good restaurant options around.

It's a very peaceful place to get work done while still being easy to meet people with the social events happening each week. The location is within easy walking distance to everywhere in the city, quiet at night and part of an authentic local neighbourhood. I had a great time here and would love to come back.

It would be better if the cook worked in the room.

The English-speaking host was friendly and provided many useful information. There are 2 big supermarkets nearby and the ADO bus station is not far. The fridge in the room was a welcome in hot climate.

We had room no.17 on the top floor and really enjoyed our stay. The little kitchen in our room had everything we needed and there is also a communal kitchen downstairs as well as a communal sitting area. The room was spacious and bright with a little table, chair and a stool to sit on. There a two big supermarkets 2 min walk away as well as plenty of other shops, restaurants, money changers and banks. It was approx. a 20 min walk to the beach and 5th avenue and the main tourist streets.

The shower didn't really work and the bathroom was not very well cleaned. There wasn't really anywhere to put you suitcase so stuff just ended up everywhere. The pillows and linen desperately need replacing

Friendly and helpful staff at the property. I left an item behind and they have gone above and beyond to send it back to me - this is real service. Facilities were great, nice courtyard to relax and everyone else staying was friendly as well. I only wish I had more time. Room was big, bed was comfortable and I had everything I needed.

-not so much privacy -Could be cleaner &needs new curtains -needs to provide more consistently filter tank water -Personel should upgrade their ethics, offer better solutions regarding shifting rooms or accommodating to a particular rooms by valuing more customers satisfaction than gaining more pity pennies.

The kitchen was poorly equipped, no instructions for using the non intuitive induction stove. The good thing is the personnel were available at the moment for guiding. Our room would need some refreshing.

The size of the room and the fact that it is a studio where you can cook. It is close to shops and restaurants.

The Hot water in the shower didn't work.

Overall simple and good basic accommodation. Has a small kitchenette and fridge which is nice and a couple dishes. We didn't use but nice to have. Has AC. Staff was nice.

I loved where it was, near the supermarket and collectivos away from the 5th Avenue. The room was cute and once we’d worked out how to turn on the hot water- everything was perfect. Safe area. Great value for money. Lovely people.

Nearby the ado bus station alterna (10minutes walking) but quite far away from the mains ado bus station in the city centre (30minutes walk). Really good internet, we could see a lot of people working from there. Really nice staff and room and bathroom clean and in good condition.
