Since it is near the city center, it can be a little noisy at night. The room was a bit too small. But good enough for one night.

It's location near the city center is great. Also de price is quite reasonable. The staff is incredibly nice.

The building is not isolated so you hear all the noise outside all the time.

The staff is very professional and helpful. The place is spotless clean and the terrace upstairs really nice and beautifully decorated. It seems you are staying at a five star hotel. They make your stay very enjoyable.

Neat rooms, comfortable bed, but no fan or AC. Great staff. Location walking distance to Centro, but next door to a music bar that goes to 2am even on Sunday. Bring ear plugs. Secure underground parking and free morning coffee or tea.

The location was in a very central area. The price was excellent and the staff were accommodating and friendly. They even organised a taxi at 6am for us.

Liked it all. Only thing I would change in my house would be to make the shower stall a little bigger and/or put a curved shower curtain bar in it to give some more room. Plenty of pressure and hot water.

Nice place,close to city center. Nice rooftop terrace. Really good. I can recommend for traveling around and stay few days. You have coffee and cookies for free:) And people from reception were really kind and helpful.

You don’t get hand towels. Only your bath towel. No air conditioner so if you come in the summer you might sweat.

Location is good, two blocks from downtown. Staff is very informative and friendly. Water and coffee always available. The place is clean.

The decor and dim lighting in the room was depressing. The acoustics in the building were strange, with sounds making big echoes.

Very well situated, close to major points. I walked from the hostal to the zocalo, el Mercado 20 de Nov and Benito Juarez, Andador turistico, Santo Domingo Church.

They lock it at night which is great for security but it’s cool be woken up every time when someone comes in late at night. I was close to the door and I heard every person come in at night. The second night I stayed in asked the lobby for ear plugs, they didn’t provide any so i bought some and sleep better with no noises.

Nothing to dislike.

A very clean and well organized hotel, with clean room and free water, coffee, and cookies for guests. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Also a water wastage conscious and environmental conservation facility. Very central and safe location, walking distance to Zocalo and most attractions. You can come back in mid day to rest a bit between sightseeings. A great terrace with some view.

It was a great location, very nice building and the rooftop has incredible views and garden. I would give this place 10/10 if the bed was more comfortable and nicer bedding. However, for the price - it’s a great deal.

Full time personnel who were very polite and responsive. We arrived early in the morning and they immediately accommodated us with a large and comfortable room. Very clean and quite. Very secure. It's location is central in a populous area, near the Mercado Benito Juarez and 20 de Noviembre. It's nice that they have coffee and bottled water in the Lobby. Everything went perfect.
