There is no hot water after 23:30 which is kinda bad when you want to shower after going out at night. Be prepared for that. Also the room and bathroom that we has was quite poorly equiped, no table, chair or wardrobe. We basically unpacked our luggage on the floor. We were accommodated in the middle of December and it gets actually quite cold in Oaxaca at night (up to 8°C) and we only had thin blanket so we all were quite cold at night. Internet was very slow (around 3MB/s) and there is no big common area so if you are looking to meet new people, it's very difficult. But for couples or groups of friends it's perfect.

Very friendly staff on the reception. We got our room 1 hour before check in. Also we could leave our luggages at the reception after check-out and use the hostel facilities untill 9pm. Reception is 24/7. There is free coffee and water in the hostel. Location is really great, 5 minutes from main square and 3 minutes from delirious Tacos Roy.

It might not be the sociable hostel a solo traveler may be looking for !

The location was brilliant and the rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean. The roof terrace is such a bonus. And did I mention the location?!

The wifi is very unreliable and doesn't reach all of the rooms. The shared kitchen was very poorly equipped (no kettle or microwave, only hobs) and there was no dish soap to clean the few dishes that were there. Can only cook during certain hours. It's nice that they have a gym room, but it has barely any equipment so it is a missed opportunity for them. We couldn't open our window on the first night and the room was far too warm to sleep. We got a new room on the second night after we messaged booking.com.

Good location, only a few minutes walk to the centre. Lots of showers and toilets.. The rooms were very big and spacious. Free water and coffee throughout the day. The building is lovely with a nice rooftop.

Hostel was right in the xenter close to many great locations in oaxaca. It had lot of facilities (toilets and showers) and everything was super clean. Good wifi in the rooms. Comfortable beds.

Evetything is okay. Just my friends and I usually go back to the hostel late at night, and there is no hot water after 10pm.

Hot water in shower shuts off at 10pm, but front desk doesnt tell you this and no signage I had a patio room which meant: 4 story walkup, no elevator Access to your room & restrooms via exposed patio which gets wet in rain Wifi on Patio would drop connection, be slow and very unreliable in evenings when usage high I traveled in rainy season, but I suspect the rooms without fan/AC get quite hot at night in dry season Didnt like the metal frame of the bed, which I kept hitting with my feet. Private room was super-basic and small with just a small plastic table and metal rack, but I knew this when booking. I didnt pay much for the room, so some downsides were expected.

Walkable location close to Zocalo Private Room relatively clean except for bugs flying in open windows, which I left open because there was no fan or AC. Lots of spaces on upper floors to hang out, exercise in place Nice Roof deck overlooks city Relatively quiet at night. Some noise from traffic, and bizarre 'revele' call from street at 7am Staff did good job keeping common areas clean. Split shower and toilet rooms to accommodate more people.

Great kitchen but not even a spoon to use - kinda hard to cook unless you're very creative! After a shower, the floor would be flooded for a good part of the day - even for using the bathroom. I got overcharged from my initial booking price but didn't notice when checking in as it had never happened to me before. My bad, I'll just verify each time from now on.

Big room, shared bathroom. Shower has great pressure and very hot water. Coffee and cookies. Nice terraza, just couldn't enjoy it as it was raining. Location right in the center, can't beat that.

The water in the shower was a bit hard to adjust sometimes.

The location is great, the stuff is very nice and helpful. The rooms and the bathrooms are very clean. The terrace is just amazing to relax and enjoy yourselves.
