Pros: Super friendly staff, good kitchen, awesome location. Cons: There isn’t actually aircon like it says on here, just a ceiling fan. The room was very hot.

As many cheap places is Yucatán, the rooms smells pretty bad from being moist. It would be helpful to mark in the shower which handle is for hot/cold water. With blue/red tape or something.

The host was very nice! The place is pretty and comfortable, and location is the best. They have a parking space behind a locked gate, but I think it's only space for one car. Otherwise there is parking on the street.

A little out of town say 12 minute walk which is not much, but it's a small town and there were no real restaurants or oxxos to get food/drink in near by. The room size was standard and the mattress was OK.

Nice quaint little hostel. It has a very small pool or largish spa, depending on how you see it, which was handy to cool down in. The owner was very nice and helpful. It was comfortable for our one night.

The hostal is not big. It has a dipping pool. People are helpful. My booking was upgraded at no extra cost. Price is good.

Simple hostel, but with everything you need and decorated and organized with a lot of love. Very friendly owner and good communication - we booked a room for the same day and everything worked out perfectly.

Very small bathroom at the end of a narrow corridor. Our room was very close to the entrance, it did not feel like much personal space given no air conditioning thus open windows.

The kitchen was not that well equipped and didn't seem that clean. The private bathroom was very small and cramped and the tap did not work that well.

We upgraded our room to one with aircon and a private bathroom so we got a bit more space and it was great in the heat. The room even had a hammock which was a fun touch. The staff were very nice and helpful. The area was quiet and the outdoor area in the hostel was cute. It was easily walkable to the centre of town and a few shops.

It was as expected - basic.

Great location to walk to Zaci cenote and the wonderful Murem Folk ccothing-Textile Museum. both are not to be missed. Nice to have kitchen facilities.

The facilities are basic but they don't particularly detract from the experience. I would say that the water pressure in the shower is so low it makes it hard to actually have one.

The cost of the room was really good for how central it was. It is located just a block away from cenote Zaci and made it easy to just walk back after an afternoon swim.

The kitchen wasn’t equipped - no chopping board, only one sharp knife, poor frypan and pot. Didn’t make cooking easy :(

The furniture is quite old and very basic. The A/C has been dripping in the night.

The lock on the door of my room was a bit sketchy. Some basic kitchen things like a towel was missing so every time i had to use my clothes to grab the hot pan.

The host was very nice and he had good tips about locations and go-to's for transport (collectivo), local market, cenotes and local restaurants (loncheria). I also liked the the central location of the hostal and the privacy. I had a private room with bathroom and the bed was comfortable.

The room and attached bathroom are a bit small, but as a place to store our things and sleep at night, there isn't much more we could have asked for.

Great location - very close to the market and 1 street away from Cenote Zaci, which is a must do if you're staying in town. The host was also so kind and very helpful. He let us drop our bags off early, gave us great suggestions, and spoke excellent English....much better than others we came across. The shared communal kitchen and courtyard to eat are a nice touch. Also, air conditioning in the room was perfect!!

Great room, beautifully kept space, has everything you might need for a quick stay. Has a great common kitchen area, small yard to sit down, provides water, lovely host who explains the city. 3 min walk to city cenote.
