Having to go to another hotel for breakfast. Generally early morning/late evening noise disturbing.due to location of the room. Basic room facilities, no tea/coffee facilities. Not able to use the patio, only one seat, no sun.

Water went off several times during our stay, power also a couple of times. Both rectified quickly. Bar on roof was not often staffed and no towels, fixed that by taking our own drinks to the pool and asking at reception for pool towels. Hotel was very quiet as it was low season. Nice balcony overlooking garden but couldn’t use due to mosquitoes in their thousands, garden water feature not working so stagnant pool below us. Coffee machine in room but no coffee or creamer/sugar and no teaspoons or glasses, just 2 mugs.

Very nice room and bathroom. Rooftop pool and bar area really nice, a great place to chill out after walking around town. Supermarket right across the road was fabulous. Very comfortable bed although we had to ask for an extra pillow, only 3 supplied on a king bed.

The pool didn’t appear very clean and the lift wasn’t working on our arrival. Staffs weren’t very attentive.

The breakfast in the hotel next door was really tasteful. The location is central close to supermarkets and restaurants.

The elevator was not working during our entire stay – despite them every day promising it will work tomorrow. The 'Presidential Suite' has a broken balcony door (so you cant lock your room!!), the bath tub you pay for will never fill u peith water – but also there is no hot water in the taps, never! Also water was out for hours. Could do better!

The cleanliness was generally average. Often from early in the morning there was a commotion from the work of the hotel as well as the building next door. WiFi is an issue in general.

I stayed in this Hotel for 15 nights, the conditions are generally quite good, it needs improvement in several things, but I found that there is a mood whenever I will not mention them. The staff was very kind, the breakfast served next to the Nido restaurant was perfect. The location for me where the Hotel is located is the best because you are 5-10 minutes from the center of the village which has countless bars, local food and everything you need either on foot or by motorbike. And for the beach by motorbike or bicycle 15-20 minutes max. The road where the Hotel is located has everything you need, such as restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and everything. For my part, I recommend it.

The balconies are a bit small and a lot of mosquitos in the yard, but nice with outside area. The wifi was not the best, and some days it did not work.

The location is very nice with restaurants, shops and a Big Chedraui supermarket nearby. Rooms are in great conditions and cleaning every dag :) The rooftop pool is also a perfect place to take a swim and relax.

- no hot water - on our last day there was a power cut and also no water at all, we were told, that the electric generator of the hotel was broken. It was a disaster but was the only thing we can complain about.

It was pretty far out of the centre in the area which is still a building site and being built up. We couldn’t open our bedroom patio doors because they opened put onto an enclosed green area which was infested with mosquitos. Breakfast was nice but they sent you to another hotel because their facilities aren’t completed yet.

The room itself was nice with a huge comfortable bed and nice clean bathroom with good shower.

Room cleaning service could be better. We were always missing a towel or the shower carpet or shampoo… Not a big issue but it’s always annoying to go and ask reception everyday because something is missing.

Large confortable bed in a cute spacious room ! The rooftop area is fabulous and cocktails are DELICIOUS ! Great staff at reception and very nice breakfast with various à la carte options.

Extremely humid due to the jungle they have built inside the hotel. Guests act like they are at their home, not respecting other's quite time.

The facilities were good but not quite as we had hoped. We had some issues that our booking had “been hacked” which was concerning, and it took a while for us to get a response. We were not able to cancel our stay, despite this. None the less the stay was pleasant overall!

Although the reservation was for three people, we had only two shower towels upon arrival. We asked for an extra one, but when we requested for change they again left us with only two. We did not have a coffee machine, although the reservation stated that there was one in the room.

Friendly reception staff. The location of the hotel was great, everything important was accessible to us on foot or on bicycles that we could rent at the reception. Breakfast was in a restaurant located in the immediate vicinity. Every day we could choose any of the various delicious omelets they had in offer. There is a bar and a swimming pool on the rooftop. The bartender there made the best margaritas in town :)
