Kitchen lack of some tools, only 1 stove element was working. Full size fridge can be a nice addition. It was not the hostel fault: Some family was all over the kitchen to cook for hours so a lot of people complained. Some people was on speaker phone for long time or tv really loud Some people went drunk and waked me up making noise.

The guy with the long hair on reception tells you there are no bottom bunks in the larger dorms so that you pay a little more for the smaller dorm but in fact there were bottom beds available. When I said oh it's ok I will just stay in the bigger dorm on a top bunk then he said oh yeah there is bottom bunks available, the sly so and so. 🤦🏻‍♀️ The place itself is good but it just needs to be run better, it's a shame because the roof top area is great. They could do with having different activities throughout the week to make it a more sociable hostel and maybe a wats app group so people can interact with each other.

Price and the beds in the forms didn't have a big enough separation curtain so you couldn't get much privacy.

NO toilet paper in rm 11 or on rooftop for 4 days. - No matter how many times you requested, they said THEY DON'T HAVE!! - They KNOW ! I HAD to purchase my own tissue from the supermarket. NOT acceptable MGMT has to do better

Noisy. Room without windows (no fresh air, but they have AC). Some restrictions with using water. Not enough dinnerware in the common zone.

You get what you pay for - it's a perfect place to sleep one night before or after the ADO bus. The bus station is right across the street. The big grocery shop is also right here. The rooftop is cool: have a small kitchen to cook something, a pool, and places to relax. The staff was friendly and polite.

The shower was not very clean as it was full of stuff which was clearly left by previous guests. The outlet was by your feet, and there is no ledge to put your phone on. Because of this my phone would fall down between the wall and the bed.

It was right next to the ADO bus station which was very convenient. There is also a supermarket next door. The bed was comfortable.

Disturbed sleep, but that is more so the nature of staying in a dorm than anything else. A curtain all the way across the bed would help.

There’s no lift in case your luggage is heavy, however all rooms are at the 1st floor, so not that critical. It would be good to have a table in the room 14. Bed clothes are poor quality (transparent polyester) and don’t make good impression.

Location is great, the hostel is new, rooms a very spacious, clean. I stayed in a suit room, and it was huge. A very good air conditioning.

Windows were very high up with no curtains but because we only stayed one night and had to be at the airport at 6am it didn't affect our sleep.

A 3 minute walk from the ADO bus station which was ideal. Very central location. Receptionist was really helpful. Room was clean and spacious. The rooftop area/pool was really lovely and was cool to read in the hammocks under the shade with a cool breeze.

Cleaning could have been better and the bathroom’s shower was making noises and drain was clogged as it kept flooding while taking a bath. There was no elevator and no socket on the other side of the bed too. :( we only stayed for one night so that was fine for a quick stay.

The staff are super nice and the room was comfy, spacious, and ac was cold. Very convenient location and felt safe.

The room is really basic, more of a layover overnight stay than anything else.

It is an excellent location if you need to take an early bus, which was my case, just next to the bus station. The room was clean, and the staff was very nice and helpful, accommodating for my late-night arrival and an early-morning departure.

Didn’t like that the room did keep on the A/C during the day. I understand not keeping it at the same temp as at night (which was still too warm), but if the room says there is A/C it should be all the time or stated in the description.

The location was perfect since I needed to take the ADO bus in the morning. The pool and upstairs area was great for me since I was just staying one night and not getting out.

perfect location to go to Isla Holbox as it is net to the ADO station rooftop with the pool is nice to enjoy the view and relax in the hamac team is warm, friendly and helpful clean and ac working well
