The property is extremely beautiful and well kept up. You have the beauty of the water and the nature and the beautiful garden, and the facility itself is stunning. The pictures do not do it justice.

The shower in the room has a nice window and view of the lagoon. Unfortunately, there is no door or curtain for the shower which means the sunlight comes in, which will brighten up the room preventing a pitch black room for those who cannot sleep with light. We also heard a lot of noise from what sounded like a generator to large AC machine during the night and early morning. We had a Garden view room, so would discourage booking this room if you’re a sensitive sleeper.

The property is beautiful! Staff were super helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and a culinary highlight of the island. The amenities were great, compared to other hotels we stayed in during our Yucatán road trip. We loved our stay and would recommend this to anyone who is looking to enjoy the island in a relaxing environment. The hotel is not a walking distance to downtown, and a taxi is very affordable. We rented a moped during our stay which was very convenient and gave the best of both worlds.

More food options for lunch in the hotel would be good given the hotel is quite isolated but it is okay with planning.

Casa Coco is an idyllic hotel situated midway in Isla Mujeres. It has a great beach area for swimming and kayaking. It’s far from the party central and close to some good eateries, I’d recommend a golf cart and travel all across the island is easy. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, if you’re looking to enjoy this island in peace, I recommend this hotel. A great breakfast was also included.

I guess it was on the high end of my budget but in life sometimes you gotta pay extra for luxury. I splurged for the ocean view and it was totally worth it. Also, as a solo traveler, it's not really central enough to meet people, you would have to take a taxi downtown or stay in a more hostel vibe like mad monkey or something. But if you want quiet or relaxing or romantic, this place is for you.

Property was gorgeous from the moment you walked in. Views on the water were spectacular. Staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond. The breakfasts were amazing and different every single day. Best ceviche I had on the island. All the food was super fresh, made to order. The drinks were perfect. The room was spotless. Big comfortable bed. Kayaking and swimming were very accessible and right off the dock/beach. Nice rooftop to do yoga. Honestly 10/10 would recommend.

The room was very big with sea view and had a private balcony and the bed is comfortable. The staff is very nice, all are part of a concierge team and they help you with arranging everything you need. This was super convenient. The breakfasts and snacks were all very delicious. The garden has plenty of space for every guests without disturbing each other. There are two ways for going into the sea: a private stairway with direct access to the sea and a semi-private beach where they will provide umbrellas when needed.

It’s not the property per se, it’s that in general there isn’t a beach on that part of the island in the terms one might expect. You have to be at the northern part for that. However, that’s also a loud, crowded place. So for us, we had no issue taking the 15 minute golf cart ride to get to the beach and then settling back into our quaint and beautiful casa.

Quiet, beautiful, very clean. The pools d outdoor set up is great for relaxing. The finishes are gorgeous. We felt super safe.

view & breakfast, decor. It was very peaceful & quiet. Paddleboarding along shores edge. watched all the snorkel party boats go by while we chilled on the deck and multiple lounge options. Had a massage on the top deck, yoga/exercise supplies are available. The restaurant nearby for dinner was fabulous. I hope to return.

Location is a bit secluded and you need a taxi etc to get around. Bikes are available for free but are in bad condition which is my only complaint. Maybe this can be fixed...

Great location with semi private beach that you can use youself most of the time. Staff is great and very supportive. Breakfast is excellent. Highly recommend this place when available. Usually it is only rented out for groups or events and separate rooms are only available in low season. If you are lucky enough to see it being available I highly recommend it!

Take into account the place is a taxi drive (120-150 peso) from the center, otherwise only 1-2 restaurants nearby (that are so-so). It is possible to get food delivery though.. But other than that no reason to leave the hotel :)

This place felt like paradise! Everything was beyond our expectations - we even got upgraded as we were celebrating our honeymoon :) The staff were amazing (thanks Kevin, Alex, Mariana and all!), beautiful and clean rooms, pool area is great, private small beach, excellent breakfast (different every day).

The hotel is located in a quieter area right by the sea. Nearby there are great restaurants and also to the center it is not far by cab or golfcart. The accommodation is very clean and paradisiacal. The rooms are beautifully and lovingly decorated and some rooms have a direct view of the sea and the great view of the small oasis. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and also the breakfast is lovingly prepared and is varied. You can borrow paddle boards and canoes for free. A small hotel with a lot of charm. We spent three weeks traveling in several hotels and this was by far the cleanest hotel where we also felt the most comfortable. On arrival we were greeted with a welcome drink and given an upgrade and we got a late check out without any problems. They are very flexible and do their best to make you feel comfortable. Through a WhatsApp group with the hotel staff and guests, we were always kept up to date and restaurant recommendations were sent to us. A big thank you to Kevin and Alex who made this stay unforgettable A nice ending to our Mexico trip!

The staff here are amazing, they let us access the beach and use there shower and towels even after we checked out. They also kept our breakfast in the fridge for us since we didn’t catch it in the morning
