The room is in serious need of repairs. The bedding was clean but very old and should be replaced. The wifi kept cutting out too.

Food was good, the location and the beach were great. Also the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Our room was the worst room I have ever stayed in. The bathroom ceiling leaked all day and water constantly dripped down the walls creating puddles on the floor. Bathroom ceiling had several patch work spots and full of mold and mildew. The mini fridge was rusty and the one bed in the room had mildew on the boxspring

The location is perfect. Right on the beach with beautiful views. There is a nice pier that offers massages and help with booking activities. Booked a fishing trip and the marina was right across the street. Short uber ride to the party strip and the Ferry to Isla is the next beach over. Loved the huts and beach chairs. Food and drinks were great. Staff very friendly

The noise from the hotel RIU’s air conditioning unit, which is next door, was horrendous! Our room was 301, in far end of the hotel and very close to the RIU. I think rooms further away may be ok. However, we did talk to 2 people who said the rooms they were given the first night were uninhabitable and they demanded to be moved the next day and were moved. I think we were lucky in some ways either our room, except for the awful air con noise.

The room was spacious, light and had a nice view of the lagoon. The staff were all very cheerful, helpful and courteous. We didn’t have the all inclusive package, but just paid for breakfast and dinner. It was good value, there was a good selection of food to choose from and snacks and drinks were available all day.

Music was too loud all day and too heavy for the time of day. A more chill vibe/playlist early in the day would be better. We did the buffet one day only and it was poor. The lack of utensils to eat made us feel like animals and the drinks included were awful. No beers even to wash it down. Entertainment was focused on kids only.

The rooms are definitely older and in need of upgrades. Don't expect fancy. However, our room was very clean and comfortable, and the surroundings made up for the basic amenities in the room.

The food was awful. Bars and restaurants had terrible hours. The bar opened at 11am and closed at 10pm, but were never open on time. No place to get drinking water after 10pm. Shower pressure constantly dropped and the water would shut off.

I liked the location, proximity to the beach and the pools. The hammocks on the balcony were a nice touch.

The infrastructure is old, the door lock didn’t work the first day and we had a water leak in the roof of the bathroom . Some friends that were staying in another place weren’t allowed to access for visiting us. And when we were waiting for a tour my friend’s weren’t allowed to access the lobby.

It is in a good location in the hotel zone.

Great beach and wonderful ocean. Thousands of little fish swam around our feet every day. You have to pay for breakfast every day if you do not get it in a package deal.

Well where to start, we booked reservations 3-4 mo in advance for 3 nights and when we they did not give us the room that I chose online, the photos didn’t match they said they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate us that same day. They then moved us to another room that A/C was not working. They never even offered to adjust the cost they still charged me the same!! I was not pleased at all with this place. ALERT read the fine print in description if u book here don’t go by the photos

The bed sheets and pillow case had yellow stains on them. Bed sheets and pillow case were old and worn. Food was pretty much the same daily but with different spices. They did not have a variety of food to accommodate other nationalities. This was a 3 story building which are old. Bedroom doors were old and rusty and needed fresh paint. I was not impressed at all. They offered sunny delight for orange juice. This is something I could purchase myself in the the United States. It was not fresh. We ate out most of the times during our stay.
