I love cats and just writing this down for allergic people. There are some cute peaceful house cats in the patio

It's a spacious hostel around 15 minutes walk from historical center. Staff is very helpful and pleasant (David thanks man for your kindness). Big bunk beds with clean sheets and towel provided. There is a big common area like patio. Clean bathrooms yet showers could have more water pressure. Overall I would highly recommend it for your stay in Puebla

No big locker

The staff is friendly and gives me good food recommendations and a transportation guide. Although the location is next to the main road the room is still quiet at night. It's not too far from the central, about a 20 min walk.

Everything was perfect. The warm welcome the beautiful house. The rooms, the rooftop. Javier is a super host. It was from everything the best. I loved it. You feel in the way he reconstructed the house that he is a long-term architect with a lot of experience on a high level

The location is a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre. Stick to the main route as some of the streets close by are a little sketchy. Could do with more working lockers however the vibe within the hostel was very safe and secure.

David was a great host, really friendly and enthusiastic with good local knowledge. The bed was comfy and I had an excellent sleep. It is close to the main road and the hostel can be loud some nights (not during my stay) so ear plugs are advisable. The bathrooms were spotless and it's a really good value for money option.

Good atmosphere in the hostel, nice garden for hanging out as a conmon area. An adorable cat hanging around too. Stayed for an extra night for a party organized in the common room. The hosts warned me it would be loud until very late and I had no problem with that, enjoying the party. Could see that being a problem if you're looking for a quiet place.

I was in the upper bed, and it didn't feel that steady, I arrived quiet late, and it was impossible not being that noisy, but maybe just just my bed

The location, how big the room was, the guy who received me and in general the whole staff was so friendly, plus the facilities are actually good! It is one of the best hostels where I've stayed in Mexico

We went in December and the big room was pretty chilly in the mornings/evenings.

We booked the dorms and they looked brand new! The beds were comfortable, the room was absolutely massive, and the bathrooms were clean and well taken care of. It was nice that they had 2 charging outlets for each bed, and the wifi worked decently. The family was really nice and invited us for dinner with them, invited us to their Christmas celebration and let us hit the pinata, and it is very well located in Puebla. It's about a 10 minute walk to the centro historico.

In the beginning the WiFi wasn't working in the dorm but the staff even managed to solve this problem very quickly.

It's a super nice hostel. It's perfectly clean, the dorm was huge and beautifully furnished with many nice details. The staff is more than friendly and helpful! It's a 10 - 15 minute walk to the historical center what is perfectly fine. I enjoyed my stay and can recommend the hostel 100%! Have stayed in several hostels in Puebla and this was definitely the best one.

Jaime and Martin are excellent hosts, very caring and they are personally motivated to take care of the hostel and the guests. The facilities are brand new, absolutely clean and comfy. I felt at peace and very comfortable. For sure coming back here next time in Puebla !

The dorm window was on a main road so difficult to sleep when the road was busy. The mattresses were very hard. Not enough lockers available, common areas are not the best. Good for one night.

We were going to stay with a group of people but decided to leave. The atmosphere was weird and they were playing extremely loud music in the hall which you could hear throughout the hostel. The beds weren’t made even though there were no other guests in our female dormitory. (For sure not more than 1/2). We could choose a bed, so we went to check but there was hairs and crumbs in the ones that seemed unoccupied. There were stains on the pillow. To us it felt like they just pulled the sheets straight after the last guests. It wasn’t proper bedding either. The room was messy and there was dust and trash on the floors. However, i do have to say, we arrived early and there was still one employee cleaning. All in all we got a weird vibe from the hostel. Our friends were staying in the ‘private’ room - which you could only access by walking all the way through another dormitory. It was not really private either since it had barn doors only.. We left and booked another place.

The reviews here say that it is quiet but I had to deal with loud techno music every night of my stay until well after midnight. After the first night, I asked if the music was from the bar next door but the guy just laughed and said, no, that's us. Then I saw that there was a guy just sat by the bar from 9am onwards playing his music through the speakers. There was no breakfast on offer that I could see. It was very bizarre. I wouldn't stay here again.

Staff were friendly at check in, no one was around at check out. Fairly clean although a lot of dust in the bathroom when I arrived as if it hadn't been touched since the builders left. A strange atmosphere, largely empty during my stay even though it was Easter week.
