Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyWe had booked rooms including breakfast but they still tried to tell us we had to pay on the first day. They then checked again and turned out, we were right. (You still have to sign a piece of paper/bill every morning), so check again with your booking. We had dinner on one evening in the hotel's restaurant with a group of about 8 people. There was maybe one or two other guests. Still they seemed a bit overwhelmed by our orders as it took really a long time and several of our dishes arrived cold. The taste was also a bit bland, but idk maybe they did this on purpose thinking we couldn't handle spice(s). Also, be aware that there's a service charge of 15% automatically added to your bill and they still ask you for a tip. In general, there are not that many restaurants around, so you might want to uber to the town centre.
The rooms were spacious and equipped with everything I needed (fridge, hairdryer, ironing board, coffeemaker, water, WiFi,...). It was also comparably quiet and one could sleep well at night. Breakfast offered a little bit of everything, though all warm options included meat when I was there, even the scrambled eggs, but you can order eggs to your liking freshly made as well as waffles or pancakes. There were two juice varieties, filter coffee and tea. Fresh fruit was also available. There were no non-dairy options for milk in my coffee, but that's ok, I went to the Starbucks next door for that. The pool was on the smaller side but refreshing and also offered some relaxation despite the big road the hotel was situated at (you can't really hear it from the pool which is pretty secluded with some palm trees and deck chairs. Across the road is a big supermarket in case you need snacks/drinks or some souvenirs. There was no problem getting an Uber to/from the hotel.

MexicoWe made a reservation for a room with 1 king and 1 queen bed, we received a room with a single bed, staff said they didn’t have any more rooms, even when made the reservation 1 month before, additional to that we had to pay extra $40 dlls for an extra foldable bed, PER NIGHT, we had to pay for parking too, we paid around another $30 dlls for all the stay, pool was out of service, we had to tell the housekeeping lady to clean our room everyday because at 16:00 of the day the room wasn’t cleaned yet, the hotel it’s just old, seems like the don’t care to upgrade or remodel nothing, rooms even have the old televisions, the ambiance and decoration makes you feel like you’re in a downtown hotel from the 2000’s, to be a “Courtyard Marriot” all these things leave you a bad taste, for the price we paid and the experience we had, I could assure you we would never be back in this hotel nor recommend it to anyone, you could easily get a waaay better hotel near that area for half the price,

United KingdomAutomatically cancelled our fully paid up family room even though we informed the hotel our flights had been delayed 20hours in Orlando. When we arrived at 1am we had to wait until 3am for a room as the system said none were available we had to pay for an additional night and then be refunded to allow the system to recheck us in. 2 children were left in the hotel foyer with luggage while we tried to get a room. We paid for 6 nights and stayed for 5 nights there was no refund. Breakfast first morning was great, good service, good food. 2nd morning terrible as the hotel was full we waited 30mins to get some service. In the end we went downstairs to Starbucks, great service, great food and half the price. Cleaning staff great job.

United StatesThe staff were kind and very professional only down part was the toilet had a funky mechanism when flushing and the TV wasn’t turning on during my whole 2 day stay I called for technician to fix it but never showed up besides that it was a fair price.
Property/ location was ideal for our plans in the city of Leon.

TaiwanStaff not complying with hotel rules about wearing face masks to protect guests. Dishonest staff. Bad breakfast buffet.
When booking the room it says it has a bathtub and actually it didn't have it. There are signs around the hotel saying everyone should wear face masks to protect guests and that rule wasn't enforced even the staff at the reception counter were not even wearing them, neither the room service staff, it was just terrible. The staff was very dishonest, our room already included breakfast and when we ask about it on the phone to know if they can bring it to the room, they didn't mention anything and they were going to charge us. The food at the buffet area was not good at all.
