Slight noise but never bothered me!

Easy walking to beach and town. Balconies were great, pool clean, and breakfast was amazing and homemade every morning. The staff was incredible!

All was great. Just the “breakfast included” is only from 9-10am. So a bit inconvenient. A bit pricey for what you get.

Center of town and a quick walk to the beach. The restaurant next door has a wonderful breakfast. Room was small but nicely new and updated. Parking on the street in front. Nice host.

Great location. Block from the beach, really nice owners, good breakfast. Right out the door great seafood (Jakal), Pizza (Venezia), bar (Pineapple), casual tacos/seafood (Estrella de Mar). Little noisy, but settles down from 10pm-8am, but out having a good time anyway.

There’s a lot of street noise late into the which made it hard to fall and stay asleep.

Breakfast was delicious but we would have appreciated more fruit options.

Cold showers, blasting karaoke music late into the night, dune buggies, ATV noise none stop. Only one tiny bar of soap 1 shampoo & 1 conditioner for an entire week for 2 people?

I didn't speak enough Spanish for easy communication with the staff. They were very kind, but Google Translate isn't as helpful as it could be. And, like may places in town, the hotel has a septic system that can't handle toilet paper.

The room was very pretty and well-kept, with its tile floor and arched brick ceiling. The location was very convenient for going to the beach, and away from the worst of the downtown noise. The bar across the street took some of that advantage away.

The breakfast was only served at 9am so wasn’t ideal for young children waking up much earlier. Also it was impossible to communicate with the hotel before our stay to respond to any questions we had.

For us, an older couple who value quiet, it was less than ideal, because of the bar across the street. but the staff did move us to a quieter room after a week.

It was a great location, away from downtown but only a short 5 minute walk to get there. That street its on is getting busier tho. So if your room is street side it is busy.

The room was needs updating. No TV. The showerhead was hard to use, not much water pressure for a short person. The air conditioning stopped working on the last day.

Our room was very small , no hooks on wall - should have hooks to hang hat or clothes etc. Please get rid of styrofoam for breakfast, use more of the real dishes and tell people they need to wash the dishes in sink, or use paper dishes.

The bed was fine, the breakfast good, sitting area outside 2nd floor, close to town, large water jug is great! Decent hotel, corner shelves good.

it is very loud there. The bar across the street has live music most nights and the construction trucks go by early in the morning and all day. Be aware that kitchen facilities for the bungalows are outside.

The staff is excellent and the property and rooms are clean. The location is good, a short walk to the beach and the downtown area.

There was a loud bar across the street and our second night people came in at 4:00 am and made a lot of noise until 7:00 am. There is no overnight security.

Nice, clean rooms, good, basic breakfast including really good coffee. Excellent location, close to a couple bars and places to eat but not right in the heart of town. Very close to the beach. Excellent wifi throughout. Bottled water provided in the rooms and in all common areas. Nice, clean pool. Friendly staff.

We had few issues during our stay. The room we had for the first night was not quiet, and there were a lot of outside sound from the club and the road. The staff were super helpful and gave us another (even bigger) room for the next 3 nights. However, in this new room however, the shower did not work properly, so we had to go to another room for shower. Eventually they fixed the shower in our room with 1 night left. Lastly, there were 1 day that the cleaning staff left our room unlocked, which could've really ended up bad as we had valuable and passports in the room. I want to point out though that the owners and staff tried to help and solve the issues at each step.

The hotel is very well located (50m to the beach), and the owners and staff are super friendly and helpful.
