Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We came to Queretaro to catch an early morning (3 am) trip to airport to fly back to Dallas. The hotel arranged a shuttle for us when we checked in. We had a nice dinner at the hotel. Everything went perfectly. Thank you for a great stay.

United StatesThe employees don't know how to greet properly and very few of the staff are friendly. I speak 3 languages and even so I wasn't greeted and welcomed accordingly :( I felt very uncomfortable. On the other hand, the restaurant offers almost no options to eat and is not very inviting because of the staff.

United StatesI think there was bugs in our room. My wife and daughter both got bit multiple times and it always seem to show up after waking up the next morning. Some additional fumigation of the room might be necessary.
The staff was extremely nice and helpful. U are right across the street from a large grocery store with a cafe and a small food court which is extremely convenient. The room is decent size and the TV has a lot of English speaking channels which my daughter appreciated.

Germanyon booking.com it is shown as a 5-star hotel, but in real it is a 3-star hotel. I only booked a stay here because I thought it was a 5-star hotel, but when I arrived I was schocked. It is a 3-star hotel. I don't understand how booking.com can make such a mistake 😡😡😡
